The lady that checked me in was great and the lady that checked me out was great as well. The cleanliness was amazing. My huge issue is house keeping knocking on the door THREE times before 10am. If check out isn’t until 11am, then why come knocking on the door multiple times over an hour before check out time??? I have stayed at this Hilton hotel several times this past year and have NEVER checked out late. Just doesn’t make sense for house keeping to be like that.
I did not appreciate house keeping knocking on the door three times before 10am. I have never been late checking out of the hotel before. If you feel that it is necessary to knock on the door to remind people to check out by 11am, I feel you should do that at maybe 10:30.

I have stayed at Hiltons for over 30 years and this one was by far the worst and least accommodating. Had to leave our trip a day early due to noise from guests above us. No refund for the day we didn’t even stay. Very dissatisfied.
We decided to take a last minute getaway. It turned out to be just what we needed. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
At check in we had wait. Our room was not ready. We had to sit in lobby for 30minutes.
The staff at check-in was extremely nice
They kept the hotel halls in the lobby extremely hard. I almost felt that if I cannot breathe walking through them also, the breakfast was below what Hilton wouldn’t normally serve not many options and was cold.
The Staff was very nice! Our view was terrible but You can’t have everything. We stay at this Hotel every time we travel back and forth to Buffalo.

The room
the breakfast staff was clearly racist The elevator was broke had to walk up three flights of stairs and I have very bad awesome wanted to enjoy the amenities, but I knew that I was not able to walk down through the stairs again and come back up.
Renovated was quiet
First room fridge didn’t work second room shower was not hot the water facilitator for hot and cold didn’t work so had to wash hair in garden tub the front desk people were great
