Τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, ωραίο κτίριο, άνετο δωμάτιο, πολύ καλό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Πολύ βρώμικο δωμάτιο, τα έπιπλα φθαρμένα, θα ήθελα καθαριότητα και αξιοπρεπή έπιπλα, δεν μας άλλαζαν Σεντόνια, το δωμάτιο βρωμάνε. Η αίθουσα πρωινού θέλει ανακαίνισης. Επίσης η ρεσεψιόν πολύ απεροιποίητη.

Gerne wieder in diesem Hotel.

Das Frühstüch war minimalistisch, keine Sortenauswahl, aber es gab alles: 1x Wurst, 1x Käse, 2 x Schaffkäse, Brot, Obst, Paradeiser und Gurcke, Tee, Kaffe (in einer Kanne),Säfte, Brot und es war frisch. (PS.Käse hat mit besonders gut geschmeckt...) Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde jeden Tag sorgaft geputzt. Es gab einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer im 5. Stock hat einen Balkon, für Raucher geeignet. Auch WC und Dusche waren sauber und bequem. Die Mitarbeier an der Rezeption waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Ich hätte gerne noch ein Tuch/Teppuch für den Boden in der Dusche.

Местоположението е перфектно. Вече няколко пъти отсядам в този хотел и всеки път съм доволна от условията и обслужването. Нямам забележки. Категорията на хотела отговаря на състоянието и удобствата.

When I booked this room for myself and my mum, I didn`t expect it to be that good. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Sofia. From Sofia Airport, we took the metro and got off at Serdika. From there, it was just a 10 mn walk to the hotel. The main landmark of Sofia, which is the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, is about 3 mn walk from the hotel and all the other landmarks are within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed: two separate comfortable beds, a kettle, coffee, tea, and toiletries. It was very well heated too. We paid for the breakfast option to be included in our stay. The food was tasty with plenty of choice. Very pleased with this booking.

Value for money
Pros:

The location was good, we had an easy way to get around. We also had great help with the parking, but it is not easily accessible so you cannot really use it at your own pace.

Cons:

Facilities have a really old style, a little bit smelly. Stuff wasn't speaking English properly that made our stay a little bit hard.
