Value for the money
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the breakfast is very delicious. This is my third time in this hotel, and certainly is not the last one. The staff is making an effort to improve the overall guest experience. The reception staff is very nice, and the lady in the breakfast room is very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent location and very friendly staff
Pros:

The location was excellent, right in the city center and very easy to reach both by public transport and taxi. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful: they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and when we came back to collect it before leaving, we were also able to use the restroom in the hotel lobby, which was very appreciated.
The room was comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed and two pillows per person. The bathroom was clean and practical, with a nice bathtub and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.

A lovely bonus was the small balcony attached to the room, which was very pleasant to use and had a nice view.

I would definitely stay here again. 😊

Przyjemny pobyt za rozsądną cenę!
Pros:

Hotel przyjemny, pomimo swoich lat. Ogólnie wszystko było w porządku. Personel uprzejmy i pomocny. Śniadania dobre i różnorodne. Hotel położony w centrum, więc wszędzie blisko, albo piechotą albo tramwajem, trolejbusem lub metrem.

Cons:

Niestety nocne hałasy zza okna, czy to biesiadników na ławce czy kierowców bez tłumików - oczywiście nie jest to wina hotelu!!!

Pros:

Konumu çok merkezi yerde. Odam geniş, yatağım rahat ve balkon manzarası güzeldi. İnternet çok iyi çalışıyordu. Dışarda geç saatlere kadar açık olan eğlence merkezleri olmasına rağmen tesis çok güvenliydi. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için ideal bir otel. Yine Sofya’ya gelirsem burda konaklarım.

Cons:

Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Banyoyu temiz bulmadığım için banyo yapmak istemedim.

Pros:

1. Naprawdę wspaniała lokalizacja. W trakcie całego pobytu w mieście praktycznie nie musieliśmy korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej, ponieważ wszędzie było blisko. Hotel położony jest w rządowej dzielnicy, tuż obok wielu ministerstw i Teatru Narodowego.
2. Szczelne okna. Chociaż na zewnątrz były imprezy, w pokoju było cicho.

Mam mieszane, ale raczej negatywne odczucia. Cieszy mnie jedynie lokalizacja tego obiektu.

Cons:

1. Na suficie w dwóch miejscach był GRZYB. Jeden wielkości kilku centymetrów, a więc trudno przyjąć, że personal go nie zauważył. U alergików w trakcie pobytu może pojawić się katar.
2. Znajdująca się w łazience suszarka do włosów, pomimo sklejenia jej taśmą, ciągle się psuła. Jej końcówka odłączała się od rury, co utrudniało wyłączenie suszarki oraz samo suszenie włosów.
3. Niedorobiona wanna. Na ścianie pozostałości po kleju montażowym.
4. Korytarz i schody z minionej epoki.
5. Śniadanie było rozczarowujące. Niewielki wybór pieczywa i owoców, z opcji deserowych suche ciastka oraz paluszki, jajecznica (przypominająca momentami jajka sadzone), trochę warzyw, dwa rodzaje sera, mięso oraz płatki. Nie było to tragiczne, ale z pewnością rozczarowujące.
