L'emplacement ne fait pas tout
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien, l'accueil s'est bien passé et le petit déjeuner est très correct.
Le "parking" consiste en 2 ou 3 places gardées devant l'hôtel donc vous n'êtes pas sûr d'en avoir, et le stationnement est impossible dans la rue donc cherchez un parking officiel s'il n'y a plus de places.

Cons:

Le sol était sale quand on est arrivé, le balcon à côté du notre était une vraie décharge, le pommeau de douche ne laissait passer qu'un filet d'eau, impossible de prendre une douche alors que la pression au niveau du robinet était normale. Et le matelas était plus proche d'une planche de fakir que d'un lit d'un hôtel à 100€ la nuit, avec le parking : on dormait littéralement sur les ressorts, c'est une honte.
À ce niveau là, c'est une vraie volonté de leur part de ne pas changer la literie, mais l'emplacement ne fait pas tout, et l'hôtel ne peut pas s'appuyer que sur cet argument pour justifier le manque d'effort sur le reste...
Je sais déjà que la direction répondra "ce que vous dites est faux", comme ils le font à chaque commentaire négatif, donc je vous laisse constater avec les photos prises...

nel complesso buono
Pros:

posizione molto comoda per visite e spostamenti in città, vicina ai teatri ed ad alcuni ministeri quindi abbastanza sicura.

Cons:

La situazione in cui si trovava la struttura, sembrava un vecchio albergo in stile sovietico a cui si era fatta poca manutenzione

Excelente lugar!
Pros:

La ubicacion, inmejorable. La habitacion, enorme. La cama super comoda. Todo esta muy cerca de alli. Se puede visitar Sofia a pie sin problemas. El desayuno muy bueno. El personal super atento. Lo recomiendo!
