Es war sehr sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

8 € pro Tag Tiefgarage. Statt Alkoholfreier Cocktail war er mit Alkohol.

Als stopover nach Italien ist es sehr gut!
Pros:

Der Saunabereich ist super. Auch schön, dass die Kinder mit rein durften. Restaurant war top. Frühstück nicht außergewöhnlich, aber gut.

Cons:

Dass das Schwimmbad 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt ist und nicht im Haus selbst. Das haben wir erst vor Ort erfahren. Leider kein Kids Bereich.

Ein sehr guter Platz, für eine Übernachtung in Heidenheim.
Pros:

In schöner Lage direkt gegenüber der Burg für die Frischluft-Runde nach dem Geschäftlichen und mit großer und heller Garage für Autoreisende perfekt geeignet. Dazu ein gutes Restaurant, wo man auch zum Frühstücken bestens betreut wird - was will man mehr….
Wenn wieder einmal Heidenheim, dann sicherlich wieder hier…

I truly recommend this place - clean, comfy and great food.
Pros:

Great quality for reasonable price. Nicely located hotel, super comfy beds, delicious and super rich breakfast. It was a stopover during a longer trip, so we spent there only a night, but it was a perfect place to relax after a long drive and before the next day of travelling.

Good value and a nice stay - have and will continue to return
Pros:

The location is beautiful and just next to the castle - nice for a morning run/walk but be aware of the hill that it is on top of if you are going out for food. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were modern with haridryers fitted.

Cons:

The restaurant attached to the hotel for evening meals is limited on food and the quality can vary between trips - In my opinion, it (the restaurant) is also expensive for what you get. Parking is challenging if there is a football game with no spaces reserved just for guests

typically, Schlosshotel proves efficient, comfortable and suited for a business stay.
rooms are large, comfortable and breakfast is up to level expected.

Cons:

although highly efficient, some of the staff may be somewhat cold in their attitude.
a hot water kettle could complete the otherwise well furnished room.
