Conveniently Located and a Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located just off Highway 11. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the staff is pleasant. The breakfast that was included with the room was excellent.

Shower pressure and throw was poor and TV placement could be better or atleast more adjustable

Pros:

mostly everything especially who answered the main desk phone.

Cons:

I noticed that all the windows on the exterior of the hotel were extremely dirty.
If I wanted to take a picture from inside suite to the outside there was no way to do that with the window being that dirty.

The pool was also not working at all for my entire stay as it was under repair.

Pros:

Everything was great. My grandson left his charger and it was located but I was asked to pay the mailing fee. That was fine but it would have been nice if the hotel covered the mailing cost. Not a big deal but good customer service.
