This family run hotel is so charming old school with incredibly courteous and friendly staff. Our room was spacious , super clean and updated . The restaurant served excellent food. Also the breakfast servers were were professional and friendly. One of the most charming hotels in Italy!

The hotel has so much character. They’ve preserved a lot of the original details—the old-fashioned elevator with the doors, the traditional room keys, and all those little touches that give it a real old-world charm. It feels nostalgic, but everything is very well maintained.
It’s definitely vintage, but they’ve maintained everything beautifully. The staff was great and it’s very well located.
And the welcoming grapes were such a special touch it made the arrival feel so warm and thoughtful.
The only thing I would mention is that there could be a few more amenities in the room, especially when staying in a suite. Hand soap and body lotion would be nice, as well as slippers and bathrobes. Those little details would make the stay feel even more comfortable and luxurious.
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a great experience, and we would be happy to stay here again.
