Room clean, beds comfy and not ridiculously high! Staff at check in very friendly. Fee for pet reasonable and plenty of parking. I liked that they gave me a room close to outside door for ease of bringing dog in and out.
Breakfast lacking. Always need bananas, meat choice would have been nice.
I only reserved 1 room and I'm being charged for two. The staff were great they room , carpet and floors needed to be professionally cleaned very strong urine odor and AC was not working properly.

Everything was good
This was an accidental double booking 20 mins. before we arrived from a long day of traveling. When we were checking in, staff made us aware that we had a 2nd booking. We asked for it to be cancelled as it wasn't needed for the 2 of us. They indicated we needed to go through Booking.com to cancel. Called Booking.com immediately upon entering the room we stayed in and they said it could be cancelled if approved by the Hotel manager. Hotel Manager insisted that their policy is a 24 hour advance cancellation....hard to do when the reservation was made 20 mins. earlier. At this point after several calls to both the hotel and Bookings.com, I WILL NEVER USE EITHER ONE IN THE FUTURE and DEFINITLY WON'T RECCOMMEND EITHER TO ANYONE. We are out the cost of the 2nd room that we didn't even know we booked until we arrived.
