Cons:

Awful experience. There were smears of dirt on the walls, moldy bathrooms and my sink was clogged. Rugs weren't vacuumed and there was a lot of dust. My son has bad asthma, so I was not too pleased. Bathtub was unusable, I did not feel comfortable with using it at all. However, the receptionist upon check-in was very nice.
I asked to be called by the manager to discuss the issues and left my name and number. He never reached out. As a mother who was traveling with her 2 young sons, I was very disappointed..

Put in for king handicap room didn't get it got double queen no handicap room. Need for walk in shower. Heat had 1 tempeture no matter what temp it was blzing hot had to shut off and on in the middle of night

There was not much to like here. The bed was decently comfortable.

Cons:

The room was sweltering hot with a broken air conditioner. Maintenance of room was severely lacking. Latch to keep door closed looked busted and wouldn't work properly.
