Pros:

The staff is well behaved.

Cons:

Beds are spring based. It sud accordingly to health like curl on etc.

Pros:

I mentioned my check in time between 11 PM to 12 AM, I reached the property by 12.15 AM. Receptionist asked me that my booking has been cancelled as I was late. He did't give me room. But next day I got mail for feedback. Very strange

Close to metro and railway station, which made traveling around Delhi easy. Bed was comfortable enough for a one-night stay

Better to find anather property in the vicinity
Pros:

Nothing at all only the location is good.

Cons:

The cleaning was an issue. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no turnover cleaning service provided. We used the same towel everyday.
Door mat was not there.
Fan cant be switched off as there was no button and speed was constant.
HOT WATER WAS NOT THERE. no soap or shampoo was provided.

Cons:

The room was filthy. There were no towels, no hand sanitizer, no soap. There wasn't even a jar of hot water. Two glasses were sitting there, covered in dust. Insects were crawling out of the bed. The bathroom was dirty.
