When you walked in the front area smelt like urine the room was cool but never cold

Three of the lamp fictures were falling apart, the toilet didn't want to refill and worse part was i had set up a1pm early check in, when I got there, they wanted me to pay almost twice as much for it. Also, I had also set up for a 3pm check out, which was discussed with the owner working the front desk. At 1pm, 2 staff came and said I had to go pay for the late check out in 5 minutes or I would have police called on me and arrested for trespassing. After 10 minutes of going round and round, we got dressed and decided to just check out. We went down stairs to pay any differences, told them we were checking out and that we will never use them again. (We had used this particular one several times this year).
It was ok. Location was great, and comfortable rooms.
WiFi was horrendous.

When I visit my daughter, this is my choice hotel. It's clean, friendly staff, and easy to manage arrangements.
It was clean and quite! Only thing I didn’t like was the people above me. They were quite all day and then at night sounded like a stampede of elephants.
