This was my second time staying at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and it was just as amazing as the first. I travelled with my family in July, and we all had an excellent experience. The breakfast selection was outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pure luxury. My parents absolutely loved it, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the rooftop pool! Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect family-friendly yet luxurious stay in Dubai.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hotel's attention to detail truly sets it apart, creating an experience that feels both luxurious and personal.
​What truly blew us away, however, was their incredibly thoughtful gesture for my wife's birthday. I had mentioned in passing during the booking process that we were celebrating her special day, and they not only remembered but went above and beyond to make it memorable. We arrived back in our room after a day of exploring to find a delicious birthday cake, and a handwritten note from the staff. It was such a surprise and a truly touching display of how much they value their guests.
​The room itself was immaculate and beautifully appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. Every aspect of our stay, from the impeccable service to the small, meaningful gestures, demonstrated a commitment to excellence. Dubai is always nice however the hotel rooms are outdated considering how much we were charged for our stay. Staff were brilliant however hotel rooms need an upgrade especially the toilets. A grown man finds it hard to sit on the toilet too small

It’s a nice hotel, great staff, near shops if that’s what you want from a holiday. The marina is very built up though. No greenery. The hotel pool is tiny and was incredibly busy. The place is congested and you hear the super cars reving engines late at night. I preferred the Fairmont on the palm. Far bigger, more space to relax.

First time staying here last month.
Hotel- layout and design is nice, very modern.

Rooms- very nice and upto date, loved the theme and bathroom design, decent size, always cleaned and sheets changed

Room view - selected balcony sea view and it was perfect!

Food- opted for breakfast option and it didn’t disappointment plenty of options! Depending what time you go will depend on how busy it was and you might have to wait for a table but the wait time was around 10 mins.

Staff- polite, friendly and welcoming

Pool- a little small but with it being an infinity pool it was nice with a good view!

Other service - NOT related to the hotel but no way reflect the hotel standard and service. Mentioning more so that people are aware nail salon 2nd floor (they just rent the space), overpriced, and the price does not reflect the quality of the work produced and the time taken (3hrs for acrylic nail set) plus. I had to go back 3 times within 72 hours due to the quality of nail glue used! Disappointment.

Overall the hotel was great, perfect for families too!
