Pros:

the rooms were bigger than Paris IBIS rooms and we had space where to lay two big suitcases. The location had good transport connections, metro and bus, we travelled for BTS concert at Allianz Arena, so the transport connection was important. The lobby has comfortable sofas, beer and coffee could be ordered anytime

Cons:

The sensors of the elevators were not functioning properly - we had two events - on one of the days the door hit my daughter when she was entering, the next day the other elevator door hit me, I was holding a cup of hot tea and the hit splashed the hot water over my hand and I was scalded.
there were no hangers for skirts - good that I carry mine.

Cons:

Ich glaube, er war jemand, der nicht im Hotel arbeitete. Glatze. Blaue Augen. Er ging mich an, weil ich dem Hotelmanager eine Frage stellen wollte. Obwohl er nicht Teil des Gesprächs war, wurde er unhöflich zu mir. Wahrscheinlich ein Reiseleiter oder so etwas, der Gäste ins Hotel brachte. Er war ziemlich unhöflich, und die ältere Angestellte, die am Sonntag, dem 19. Juli, im Hotel war, schien das überhaupt nicht zu kümmern. Sie sagte nicht: „Sprechen Sie nicht mit unserem Gast“ oder „Das geht Sie nichts an“. Sie drückte einfach ein Auge zu. Abgesehen von dieser überflüssigen Person und der Angestellten war alles andere recht angenehm. Ich konnte es nicht fassen, dass diese beiden Leute in diesem schönen Hotel arbeiteten. Vor allem der Glatzkopf.
