Would stay again
Pros:

Using the app made check in & check out very easy. The room was clean and right off the elevator. It was close to pretty much everything however due to ongoing road work it was extremely difficult getting to places. If you needed to get somewhere on the left side of the road you were out of luck lol. That's not the fault of the hotel by any means but if you're heading there any time soon you might want to keep that in mind.

Cons:

We were on the back side of the building so you heard every bit of the traffic which was a bit obnoxious. They give you 3 pillows per bed which was also annoying. I understand you can request more but for a double bedded room you shouldn't have to. It can occupy 4 therefore each bed should have 4 pillows. Kind of common sense.

Pleasant will definitely return.
Pros:

Friendly staff from checking in to checking out. Quiet and very clean. It was our second time staying and found it very comfortable.

Cons:

No real complaints. If I had to pick something, maybe a more fluffier pillow, but that’s just a preference.

Will use this hotel again when we come to visit Longwood Gardens.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. The hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. She loved the quiche. The fruit was fresh and plentiful. Even tho one timer didn't work, the waffle tasted great.

Cons:

Only issue was the yogurt should be being kept refrigerated. It was just on the counter and was very liquidy. Did not eat it as yogurt should be firm, not liquid.

I would be hard-pressed to stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The heating system was not great---as very cold air would be blowing from the unit as part of the heating.
Also, the amenities were not available. There was supposed to be a pool and hot tub--but neither were available.

Nice room, nice breakfast but too much noise.
Pros:

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good, pretty much everything you can want for a breakfast. Coffee and tea was available 24/7.

Cons:

The location is right by the highway and the windows are not soundproof. It was a a first sleepless night in my life. Every couple of minutes cars were hitting something metal on the road that made a thumping noise and it was impossible to sleep.
