Weekend in Qingdao
Pros:

The hotel is pet friendly and very accommodating. They even provide a cage and food bowls. (I took my own with anyway). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good western food. The location is close to a major shopping center. The gardens, gym and pool is fantastic. The room was beautiful and had a nice city view. The gardens are nice for walks with my dog.

Cons:

I had to pay ¥300 at checkin, for deep cleaning to be done once we left because I had my pet with me. This is not a problem and I didnt mind. BUT I expected a clean room and there were urine marks on the carpet and in the bathroom on the floor from the previous guests' pets. It drove my dog insane. The bed was not as comfortable as I expect from a 5 star hotel.

L'hôtel est juste exceptionnel! quand on est arrivé à l'hôtel, il y a tout de suite quelqu'un qui nous aide à décharger les valises, et nous emmener à la réception. le personnel est très souriant, très accueillant. J'ai voulu réserver une chambre avec 2 lits, mais apparemment, j'ai fait une erreur de réservation. Ils m'ont changé la chambre sans problème. il y a même un plat de fruit dans la chambre, 4 cannettes de boisson dans le frigo, 6 bouteilles d'eau, tout est gratuit! Il y a un baignoire et une douche dans la salle de bain, ma fille a adoré et elle a bien profité du baignoire pour prendre un bain pour se relaxer. Le petit déjeuner est juste fantastique!! il y a tellement de choix que je ne savais pas quoi manger. :) la piscine est très bien, ainsi que la salle de fitness. il y a un joli jardin derrière l'hôtel, très agréable pour se promener. La cerise sur le gâteau, cet hôtel propose le service de navette pour aller à l'aéroport, très pratique.

Cons:

l'emplacement de cet hôtel n'est idéal, il est un peu loin du centre de Qingdao. Mais avec un taxi, on peut quand même se rendre au centre ville sans trop de problème.

Offers great service and a clean, comfortable room
Pros:

I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip and had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff provided friendly, helpful service. The breakfast buffet was decent—nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

I was happy enough with my stay that I’ve already booked another 4 nights for my upcoming trip in June. It’s a relief to find a good, reasonably priced hotel that offers great service and a clean, comfortable room.

Highly recommend!

Okay, not sure i would go back, i have been twice now and not much has changed.
Pros:

The room was great. Breakfast was terrible, almost cold ! not worth the money. Plus, the staff drive you crazy about payment, they keep interrupting you whilst you are trying eat the breakfast before any residual warmth fades away, especially if your hotel credit has run out, they want you to stop eating and go to the counter and pay. Once you have paid, they interrupt you again to sign the already paid for bill !

Cons:

The staff in the breakfast room, they kept interrupting you whilst trying ton eat your cold breakfast. Very irritating.

Good, but not for touristic purposes
Pros:

The hotel itself has everything I needed, but the location is not too great. It is really outskirts of the city, so there is nothing to do aroung and there are not too many places you may go for dinner. There is a shopping mall in aout 7-10 minutes walk away (the road is not too nice to walk along), so you may go there, but there are only chinese food places mostly (except for Starbucks of course)
There is a big hall for breakfast and the choicse is wide.
They ask for the deposit when you check-in and it is more than $100, by the way. Be prepared. My Master Card didn't work, but my collegue's Union Pay did. They took $100 cash, as their excange counter didn't work due to some problems.
