exceptional stay
Pros:

well trained staff and best breakfast in the middle of the town of St Lucia you can easily access the restaurants and shops and great to walk in order to explore more of the lovely place

Cons:

Everything setup, customer care. Receptionist almost lost my drivers license. There was a smell on the premises. Pillows cases were clean however pollows were dirty and smelling. I also opted for another lodge around. I only slept once at that hotel instead of 3 nights. Cannot recommend that hotel to anyone for vacation. It is like a Hlalanathi hotel. I never saw at hotel which does not have aircon. It only limiting you to cool and you cannot change to heat or fan depending on room temperature. I will never come back again

My time was wonderful and memorable!!!
Pros:

The property was clean, it was central to all the city’s activities and restaurants. Staff were friendly as well. Also the hippos were a marvel to watch at night

Cons:

The cups for coffee in the breakfast room were too small for my liking coz I love my coffee. The breakfast time also is too at least 10h00 should be finish time
