We'll be back
Pros:

There is so much to compliment. We were pleased with every part of the time we were there. Parking, food, employees—we couldn't find a fault anywhere.

The room was good. The staff was excellent.

We couldn't get the rom to get as cool as we like it... maybe it was the navigator rather than the equipment?? :)

Traveling through with a U-Haul
Pros:

We were traveling through with a U-Haul trailer and very very happy with our stay in Flagstaff! We were able to park in a safe visible spot and had a nice comfortable room. Free breakfast before we got on the road again too! Highly recommend

Pros:

Every staff that I encountered was so nice and friendly. Always had a smile on their face and always greet you. Food was amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Best bang for your buck by far!
Pros:

Excellency warm buffet and good choices. Lots of variety and choices. Great atmosphere and such friendly staff. Quality of food was excellent. One of best breakfast I have experienced in eating at a hotel! Kudos to the entire staff

Pros:

Amazing hotel. Everything was flawless. It feels like hotels used to feel before.
They are truly interested in you having a comfortable stay. The included buffet every evening makes your life so much easier especially with kids.

Cons:

Nothing. I would stay here every time.

Good place to stay overnight while passing through Flagstaff

Centrally located, on campus, great restaurants nearby and walking paths.

Very crowded and noisy but perhaps because it was graduation weekend.
