Awesome hotel, one rude staff member.
Pros:

The Hotel was Awesome! The Food, the Hotel Rooms, the location. We will be staying at this Drury inn anytime we are in flagstaff.

The lady who checked us into our room was rude, and not helpful.

The Drury chain was a welcome discovery ... wish they had some on the West Coast!!
Pros:

An upscale hotel with all facilities working (there is nothing more irritating than arriving at a hotel after a long drive only to find their jacuzzi is out of service). The evening Kickback dinner & drinks are a welcome feature ... eliminating the need to go find a restaurant after a day's drive. Cooked fresh, and a reasonable variety. And drinks!!

Another great stay
Pros:

This is our second time staying at this Flagstaff Drury Inn. Sydney checked us in and Julissa checked us out, both were quite pleasant. The only negative was that Sydney spoke 'extremely' fast and did so while looking down, making it difficult to understand what she was saying. This hotel in Flagstaff, as well as other Drury Inns we have stayed at, provide everything you need during your stay. Our room was overall clean and spacious. The bath had nice smelling body wash, shampoo, and conditioner...wish they offered lotion:) We LOVE the complimentary 5:30 Kickback! You don't have to leave the hotel for dinner. Plenty of food and drink options are provided. The complimentary breakfast is appreciated, again saving you from having to go out:) One of the best benefits to staying here is that they offer free parking! This hotel is perfect for us when we stay in Flagstaff:) Thank you for maintaining a great hotel with great customer service.
