Good room, friendly staff and great happy hour.
Pros:

Very large room to the point of feeling a little empty. Comfortable. Free drinks with the happy hour was a fantastic surprise at the end of a long very hot day!

We enjoyed our stay in downtown off Route 66 next to the campus.
Pros:

Gated parking structure, spacious room and lobby,beautiful views from balcony. Free dinner and drinks in the evening.

Best hotel to stay at in this area!
Pros:

This is thre 4th time I've stayed at this hotel.
My grandson is going to School at NAU and this school sits at the Northwest corner of school grounds. Literally, one school food hall is across side street of hotel.
Staff is always courteous and eager to help.
Hotel is well kept, clean and has many amenities, especially breakfast and late afternoon light supper buffets available at reasonable times. Popcorn always available in popcorn cart at check-in, smells so good.
I tell everyone I speak to if they are coming to area to stay here at Drury Hotel.

Cons:

You have done it RIGHT! Other hotels should take note.

The property is close to the NAU campus. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Each time we stay, our room is always fresh and clean. When I book a room I know I will never be disappointed.

Cons:

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast, drinks and evening food is a fantastic perk.

Cons:

2 things...
one elevator was down all weekend and that was unfortunate and time consuming.
I wish the rooms were better sound proofed. We were on the 5th floor and could hear people outside late at night. People walking down the hallway and slamming doors woke us up at night as well.

Excellent!
Pros:

A very nice hot continental breakfast offered every morning; as we were there for 5 nights, we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Very clean and staff very accommodating. We will continue to make Drury our first choice when visiting Flagstaff.

One elevator not working .

Friendly staff house keeping is very helpful breakfast was very good and the drinks were cold!

The location isn’t easily found the indoor jacuzzi wasn’t very hot nor was is clean I still went in because we drove for 8 hours so it was nice to have access to one but it was kinda gross
