The location is excellent—very close to markets, restaurants, and 7-Eleven. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and free of any unpleasant smells. The staff are accommodating and friendly.

The buffet breakfast is good; while the menu is small, it’s more than sufficient for the price. Service overall is fantastic, and room service is prompt and reliable.

Location wise very good choice as walkable distance to BTS station Victory Monument. Just 3 stops away from Siam. So very center to all lication. Rooms were very neat snd clean. Water heater works perfectly fine. In total value for money. Very good customer service. All staffs were very kind and helpful. Lot of eateriers were very nearby. Enjoyed my stay.

A very good hotel, offering quiet and peaceful stay and situated not very far from the city centre. Hotel is clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast very good. Loved staying there and will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

We stayed at the Royal View Resort Rangnam again after several years. We were delighted to find that the hotel is true to its fine traditions. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are cozy, and the breakfasts are delicious. The only thing we would like is some additional lighting in front of the mirror, which would be perfect for shaving. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the noise dies down in the evening and only resumes after breakfast. Furthermore, this inconvenience is temporary, and we hope the hotel will be even better by our next visit.

Our stay at the hotel was so convenient — everything we needed was available. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Bam, who was incredibly kind and made our favorite Thai milk tea every day. Shout out to Hi (the receptionist who checked us in) she is very polite. We love the welcome drinks and wet towel provided when we first arrived in the hotel. Hotel is walking distance to BTS Victory Monument, pratunam market, platinum fashion mall.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back to this hotel. Already looking forward to returning to Bangkok! 🇹🇭✨

I want to wholeheartedly recommend the Royal View Resort. I stayed there for four nights and enjoyed every moment. As soon as I arrived, I received an amazing welcome with a fresh coconut and a drink, and they helped me with my luggage. This excellent service continued throughout my entire stay.
The staff is kind, helpful with everything, and always smiling.
The bathtub is luxurious with hot water, and they clean the room every day. There's also great room service and laundry facilities.
I will definitely be back again.

We stayed at Royal View Resort for 2 nights nights as a family of 3 and my experience is a mix of both positives and areas that really need improvement.

First, the location is excellent. The hotel is tucked away in a quieter part of Bangkok, but still within easy reach of major spots. You can get around easily with bolt, tuk-tuks, or even a short walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. If you’re looking for a base in the city that isn’t too noisy, this is one of the better options.

The breakfast was actually very good—lots of variety, fresh fruits, hot dishes, and something for everyone. Definitely one of the stronger points of this hotel and a good way to start the day.

However, the downside is that the hotel itself feels very old and outdated. The rooms are spacious enough, but you’ll notice worn-out furniture and overall a property that is well past its prime. It’s clear that refurbishment is badly needed.

Cleanliness also needs more attention. While the rooms were not terrible, small details were missed, and you can sense it hasn’t been maintained to a higher standard. The linen and towels were a big disappointment—most were old, some even torn or heavily worn, which doesn’t give a fresh or welcoming impression. Replacing these would make a huge difference.

Our room had a balcony, but the view was directly onto another building very close by, which felt a bit closed in and not very pleasant.There’s also only one lift for the hotel

Cons: Old and outdated property, needs major refurbishment, cleanliness not up to standard, linen and towels need urgent replacement.

If you’re not too picky and just need a convenient stay with good breakfast in a central location, it works. But if you’re expecting something modern and well-maintained, this hotel may not be the right choice until they invest in upgrading the place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Nice spot to spend for a few days whilst holidaying throughout Thailand.

Well it is for me. Others might have a different idea. But almost all of my visits/stays in Bangkok. Have been at this establishment. When elsewhere always regretted it. Even if it was on the same road.
So can hardly wait for next time!!

The hotel is in great location with many options for dining. We chose breakfast included option and enjoyed their wide selections of food. The front desk staff were very nice. We had to check out early for the early flight check in and they prepared packed breakfast for us.

We have been coming to this hotel for several years. The staff is nice, the location is perfect with the air metro 10 minutes away, we recommend the rooms with park views, bright, spacious and quiet. The breakfast is excellent, savoury, sweet and fruity. Do not hesitate to book on the hotel's website. Enjoy your stay.

Bit dirty but in a convenient location!

We stayed at the Royal suite room. Was a large apartment like with a living room area with a Smart TV and beautiful greenery views of the park next door. Room was very clean! Staff were polite. Check in was smooth, complimentary drinks & jelly were offered. Breakfast was good with about 5 various dishes/ drinks offered as "cook to order". About 7 mins walk to Victory Monument BTS station. Many eateries/shops around the area. About 2 malls were within walking distance of the BTS.
Only complaints with the room is that the lightings in the room are insufficient. was very dim. The bathroom we have to stand in the bathtub to shower using the showerhead. Water splashed all over the floor due to this.
