Monaco Condominiums

Sehr schönes Apartment, das mit allem ausgestattet war, was man braucht. Die Lage zentral. Hatten das Apartment für fünf Tage gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Gegenüber war eine Baustelle, was wir doch sehr störend war. Zudem hatten wir junge Leute dort die Party machten und sehr laut waren. Daher entschieden wir uns das Apartment zu wechseln. Hier muss ich ein Lob an den Verwalter aussprechen, die unsere Bitte um Auszug aus dem Apartment entsprachen und uns unser Geld für die restlichen Tage erstattet haben. Ohne diesen Lärm wär es bestimmt ein ganz super toller Urlaub gewesen.

Das Personal hat uns innerhalb 1 Stunde noch eine Gelbfieber Impfung organisiert. So freundlich alle. Super Lage. Etwas älteres Mobiliar, aber sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattete Küche.
Viele Touren möglich - in der Hauptsaison muss man frühzeitig buchen.

Limpieza ubicación

Limpieza, confort, aire acondicionado central, ventiladores, baños amplios y todo muy limpio. Ropa de cama y toallas excelentes. Las piletas del exterior excelentes, y el parqueo dentro con seguridad. Sin duda volveria

Had a very nice stay. Guards were very friendly. They also had cute cats. And we were very close to the main drag in jaco so tons of shopping and food options and the beach in walking diatance.

Es un lindo lugar, acogedor y con ubicación muy estratégica.

The room was clean and very nice. The 24hr security guard at the gate (only entrance) also made us feel very safe and secure. Lastly, the location was right off the main strip and within walking distance of all the good restaurants and bars.

Location is convenient and the price was reasonable.

Over the years, I stay here several times but the quality has diminished over time. I found several areas that were unclean also I found the area of concern. I got the to join your Penthouse and the. Refrigerator looked like it was barely on a stand try to stay away from it. The staff came back 3 days later and accused Me and my group of damaging this refrigerator even though it appeared to be any position where it could fall at anytime.
It was never identified in the original inspection. So to come back days later, I make accusations is parplexing.

the ladies in the front office are great to work with .they are very accommodating..
