Ubicacion
Great service and great location
Your reception area very small

La habitación
Amazing location, and a brilliantly sized room (it was very large) we were on the 6th floor and found we had a lot of space. Shower was hot with decent pressure. The one thing I would warn about this hotel is that it is very noisy. Heaps of sound from the street and within the hotel you can hear the comings and goings of anyone on your floor. Ear plugs will help with this but it is not quiet
Very loud from the street, not something the hotel can help with but could be off putting to some guests
Room was spacious and clean. Close to lots of restaurants and shops in Roma Nte and Condessa.
Room was basic, and quite loud with traffic noise. No fridge.
We arrived 90 minutes before supposed check in time, with intentions of leaving our two small rucksacks with them for storage, but our room was already available. That was a nice gesture.we booked a room with a fridge and hotplate, in the end we only needed the fridge. But these rooms are so much bigger staff overall were friendly and attentive.
It felt safe walking around the area in the evening and the location is very good .
We were in the 3 rd floor and they were doing some room matenance there
, it was quite noisy. Normally we would of been out exploring but my other half had hurt her ankle in one of the many potholes on the pathways around Mexico city, and she needed to keep icing her ankle every few hours..so it was hard for her to rest.
We were just unlucky it was on our floor, but something to think about if you are here in the next few weeks.
My wife needed to renew her U.S. visa at the CAS office located on Hamburgo Street. It was completely within walking distance, so after picking her up, we returned to the hotel.
Since the hotel checkout time is 12:00 p.m., if you plan to visit the CAS early in the morning or even mid‑morning, you’ll still have plenty of time to relax before checking out and heading to your next activity.
It wasn’t easy to find the parking spot at first, but once you read this explanation, you won’t feel worried.
When you drive up, you can park your car in front of the white‑painted metal gate. There is a “No Parking” sign, and you may feel uncomfortable parking there because it looks like you might block the walkway.
However, when I called the hotel, they confirmed that parking there is fine, just as mentioned above.
As long as you leave enough space for people to walk between your car and the white gate, it should be no problem.
After you get out of the car and check in at the lobby, you return to your car. When you hand the keys to the staff, they will open the white‑painted gate and park the car for you. And the best part—it’s free.
