Pros:

Room was clean, not too small, quiet location, all necessities provided including filtered water which was great. Considering the prices in SG, this was a comfortable ‘budget’ stay

Well located but needs upgrading and spundproofing
Pros:

Close to Lavender train station and shopping mall. Nice and friendly receptionists :)

Cons:

The room was hot without AC or the possibility to open a window, plus noise from other rooms (zero soundproofing) meant I got no sleep after a day of travelling. The bathrooms especially need a serious upgrade, too. The "shower" is basically open so the water goes all over, including next to the toilet. It felt like being in a retirement home or hospital
