ต้องปรับปรุง​ ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำร้อนในห้องและกาแฟ​ ชา​ ทีวีใช้ไม้ได้​ ประตูออกระเบียงล็อคไม่ได้​ อาหารเช้าไม่เพียง​พอ​ อุปกรณ์ไม่เพียงพอสำหรับคนที่มาหลัง​ 8.00​น.แต่ไม่เกินช่วงทานอาหาร​ 7.00-10.00

สภาพโรงแรม พอลงจากรถเห็นตกใจ มันมืดๆทึมๆ ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับๆ เตียงนอนพอขยับตัวก็ดังเอี๊ยดอ๊าด ห้องใช้ในห้องเก่ามาก ไม่น่าประทับใจเลย สำหรับโรงแรมนี้

มากับลูก 4 ขวบได้พักชั้นสาม ไม่มีลิฟ กว่าจะเดินไปกินข้าว ว่ายน้ำ ขึ้นจากว่ายน้ำกลับห้องอีก เหนื่อยขึ้นบันไดนี้ล่ะ

อาหารเช้าน้อยเกินไป ยิ่งช่วงเทศกาลน่าจะเพิ่มอาหารให้มากกว่านี้ ในห้องพักควรจะมีผ้าผืนเล็กไว้สำหรับเช็ดหน้าหรือเช็ดผม

ที่พักติดทะเลแต่มีถนนขั้นไม่เหมาะที่จะเล่นน้ำริมหาดมีหินเยอะมาก ไม่มีที่ร่มๆริมทะเลให้นั่งเล่น ต้องวนรถไปเล่นน้ำทะเลที่หัวหินแทนเสียเวลามาก โรงแรมสวยมีสระว่ายน้ำห้องพักเล็กมีกลิ่นอับ ไม่มีสายฉีดก้น มีลิปต้องขึ้นบรรไดขนของเหนื่อยมาก ผ้าขนหนูทั้งเก่าทั้งขาด

Thankfully we only stayed here one night. Not sure how this hotel got a 4.0 rating, because it doesn't deserve it. It has the feel of one of those old Florida timeshares that never got updated. The breakfast was less than mediocre and we took one look at the rock beach and moved on. Should have gone with the cheaper option down the beach.

Great stay although the breakfast was nothing to get excited about...overall clean and tidy hotel, nice stay

โรงแรม และห้องพักสะอาดดีคะ โรงแรมหาง่าย ไม่ไกลจากร้านอาหาร
แต่ห้องน้ำ ไม่มีสายฉีดชำระ!!!! คือไม่เคยเจอ ปกติเคยเจอแต่ในห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ี่ไม่มีสายฉีดชำระคะ

การบริการของพนักงานดีมาก สุภาพและยังอัพเกรดห้องให้ด้วย ต้องขอบคุณมากๆ ใกล้ทะเลดี ห้องน้ำสะอาดดีมาก ห้องพักสบายและสะอาดดีโดยรวมประทับใจมากค่ะ มีโอกาสต้องไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Hôtel très éloigné de hua hin et pas de navette proposée par l'hôtel. Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner et pas de plage à proximité.

I like this hotel and Pran Buri it is a small Fishing village, so hotel but very quiet and it was out off season to so almost alone in hotel. It is mostly Thai People so stay her, but i get a genuine feeling off autentik Thailand not many turist good service from staff i like to come again .-)

1. I have select room type with reception but the room which have the queen bed size are locate at the top of buildings so the water pressure is very low.

we ask the staff for this problem but they told me that it is usual for the top level.

As my experience, the hotel should adjust water pressure as normal even the room are locate in the top floor.

2. In the facilities topic, the hotel mentioned that they have an internet.
But the internet is available only at lobby.

They might be told everybody that they have only limited access internet.

3. The bathroom does not comfortable for Thai people who have to use the sprinkle.

4. Due to poor service of this hotel and some ghost experience which we met in the hotel, we design to cancel one night from this hotel.

So we need some refund from the hotel such as breakfast (appx. 350.- THB/PER/NIGHT) etc.

Nice hotel, looked after very well

i went there low season, they up grade my room with no request, thanks. hotel is clean and quiet, next to the beach, pool is ok. break fast is just so so. friendly staffs.

the front receptionists and other hotel staff is really friendly.
