Pros:

This is a great hotel offering superb value for money. It is located on a busy street, but the noise did not intrude into the property.

As some other reviewers have pointed out, getting to the beach requires about a 15-minute walk, part of it along that busy street without a sidewalk. However, there is a shortcut through a calm and safe neighborhood—just turn left behind the Boat Noodles Restaurant (recommended). Our 5-year-old daughter managed the walk many times with ease.

The buffet-style breakfast was plentiful, offering a varied selection of hot and cold dishes, fruit, filtered coffee, and a pancake machine.

The room we stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. It was located on the second floor and offered a nice view of the hotel grounds from the balcony. There is no elevator, so keep this in mind when booking.

The pool area—with its many intricate features, including a separate children’s pool and a pool bar—was the highlight of our stay. The hotel grounds and garden are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and we recommend this hotel—especially for families with children—due to its calm atmosphere and excellent pools

Cons:

The hotel itself is really nice and has huge potential. Unfortunately, there are a lot of Russian guests who simply don’t know how to behave - they shout, drink heavily, throw things around, and are rude to the local staff. If this issue could be addressed and the hotel managed to get rid of that kind of behavior, it would be truly great.

Pros:

Pidimme hotellista todella paljon ja se sopi erinomaisesti perhelomalle. Perhehuone kerrossängyillä oli tilava ja hyvin suunniteltu. 11- ja 13-vuotiaat poikamme viihtyivät erityisen hyvin isoissa kerrossängyissä, joissa oli omat yöpöydät ja latauspisteet, todella kätevää. Ulkoilmassa sijaitseva tuplasuihku oli myös hieno ja teki kylpyhuoneesta erilaisen ja elämyksellisen. Allasalue oli kaunis ja viihtyisä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, ja omelettipiste oli erityisen mukava lisä. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttoivat kaikessa. Sijainti oli myös hyvä; kävelymatkan päässä Karon Beachilta ja Kata Night Marketilta.

Cons:

Allas olisi voinut olla auki hieman myöhempään. Hotellissa majoittui paljon venäläisiä vieraita ja osa heistä kuunteli iltaisin musiikkia melko myöhään, mutta huoneiden hyvä äänieristys esti melun kuulumisen huoneisiin. Lisäksi hotellilta rannalle ja marketille kuljetaan vilkasta tietä pitkin, mikä kannattaa huomioida erityisesti pienten lasten kanssa liikkuessa.

Nagyon szépek voltak a szobák és tiszták, a személyzet mosolygós kedves! Naponta jött a takarító és a reggel is nagyon finom volt! A medence is tökéletes! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Olyan szép mint a képeken!

Nice pool area and good family rooms with comfy beds
Food in restaurant is very nice
Breakfast was good but not much variety, same every day

Cons:

This hotel is right on a very busy main road with LOTS of noisy traffic, you can’t hear when in the room but no footpaths for walking. Staff not overly friendly, no help with taking bags to the rooms (over the bridge) and felt like we were intruding by asking them questions.

Très bien situer la chambre familial au bord de la piscine plus que top piscine avec bar t’es très jolie j’ai adoré je reviendrais volontiers

Seul petit truc pour moi les cousin du lit sont pas confortable ces dommage car moi j’ai beaucoup de souci cervical seul point négatif à revoir les cousin de la literie sinon top top

连续跟服务员说了两次行李比较重，想让他帮忙分担其中一个到房间，服务员都拒绝。衣服掉在了酒店，发信息都不回复。想付费帮忙快递回国也不回复信息。整个服务差到了极点

Pros:

Отличный отель. Мы были на байке,поэтому месторасположение нам было не так важно. А важно то,что в этом отеле прекрасные номера( было все,включая пляжную сумку и зонтики ) ,великолепный бассейн,ночью тихо. Завтрак отличный, шведский стол. Персонал замечательный,очень приветливый,отдельное спасибо. Можно оставить вещи после выселения перед отлетом .

It’s an Ok sort of place
Pros:

It was OK . Bit dated . Staff aren’t overly friendly . Beds nice and comfy but aircon wasn’t working properly and despite complaining and someone coming to try to fix it , it still wasn’t working the following night . It’s just off a very busy main road that you have to walk down if not getting a taxi

Luktade weed överallt och lång osäker väg ned till stranden. Inga trottoarer och vild trafik. Vi fick gå på vägkanten. Barnen rädda.
