Patong Resort

We had an amazing experience. The rooms were super comfortable. The swimming pools were beautifully maintained and can accommodate lots of crowd. They have a huge swimming pool and 3-4 big ones in the whole resort. There is a separate kids pool as well. The property is a super luxury and so close to market and beaches. The best part is once you enter the property you won't feel any crowd buzzing and it's right next to Phuket beach. Our experience was great and great value for money. The property and rooms are super clean and maintained very well.

Hotel very central check in very Quick nice size room rooms cleaned daily not the best service very simple just made bed placed clean towels had to put rubbish outside door twice. We are a party of four ladies and have never experienced bar staff to be so rude even though we purchased at bar numerous times if you requested top up of ice it was a further 50 bhat shocking .our third visit to Patong and sadly our experience stay in this hotel have made our decision not to return to Patong.I will say the most friendly member of staff is the security gent on main gate and the lady serving in the little boutuque our stay was in 131 check out Jan 20 can't wait Annette

Security have a bad attitude for another gusts. And look down. He need to have more training about service and mind set .thax

I liked the hotel. It is located right in the centre of active life, but at the same time it is quiet, clean and very green. The hotel is divided into two parts: one part is the main building, swimming pool and car park, and the other one is three two-storey buildings with a swimming pool, bar and restaurant. The courtyard is very green and cosy, it is maintained daily and there is a pond with fish.
My room (superior) was on the second floor on the left side of the middle building, overlooking the courtyard. The location of the room was excellent, very quiet and pleasant to sit on the balcony, admiring the greenery and listening to the birds singing. The room is large, with a comfortable bed, a kettle and daily replenishment of tea, coffee, sugar and water. However, in my opinion, the bathroom needs renovation, as there is a smell coming from the pipes and the shower is very uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the room is cleaned well, and towels and bed linen are changed quite often.
Breakfasts are not bad, but they are almost the same every day.
Around the pool there are always free sunbeds, and there is also a jacuzzi and a bar.
There are three exits from the hotel to different locations (the beach, Bangla Road and the street where the shopping centres are located), which is very convenient.
All the hotel staff are very attentive, friendly and always ready to help.
However, I did not like the attitude at the bar on the eighth floor. I arrived when it opened and wanted to have a cup of coffee with a view of the sea, but even though there were no other customers yet, I was refused service and sent to the lobby for a cup of coffee.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay at this hotel and have warm memories of it.

very central location , but noise from Bangla road and a new Karaoke bar near the garden rooms make sleeping in the garden room section very tiring . Hard bed but you can request a bed topper. Big pool in the garden room section nice but the noise from the cheap tv above the pool bar makes relaxing near the bar impossible . Cheap tinny and nasty sound from tv speakers . ??? Why would any hotel think that this is entertaining at any level. Used to be a lovely relaxing place but now appears to attract a lot of people lacking manners . breakfast excels at cremating the bacon into strips of cold crunchy cardboard. The Indian food section is good . watch your toast because the class of the breakfast clientele appear to think that it's ok to take your toast when you don't watch it ( yep ..inconsiderate people without manners love this place .) Patong has gone down hill at an incredible rate since covid. It's turned nasty over the years . my wife and I were harassed over three days by men from an eastern block country that wanted to sit where my wife and I were sitting. My wife was pushed by one and the security at the hotel proved to be ineffective and weak .
I have previously had good stays here but it looks like it's past its use by date .
I won't be back .. Vietnam will now be on my holiday destination .

Just returned home after a very enjoyable ten-night stay in a Premium Deluxe Room, 352, at this resort. Great location approx. 130m from Patong Beach and a short-cut to Bangla Road nightlife for the adventurous. We were very happy with our spacious room, well established, ample amenities and with two Queen beds. Meticulously serviced daily. In fact, the whole experience from check-in to departure was positive, lovely staff, attention to detail and great facilities. Two sparkling pools, my wife using the one adjacent Pavarotti restaurant for its convenience. Hopefully we can return when climatic conditions are more favorable.

No service at all from day 1. Removed luggage from taxi and bringing it myself to the room. Old room like the 80s. Staff saying yes without understanding the question asked and say sorry for everything and nothing. No genuine hospitality. I have been charged 1400 bhat for bringing to friends in the evening inside, if I can say the hotel. We had few drinks around the pool after 1 and half hour they left. Still i been charged for it. Non smoking room and no light on the terrace. I can continue. But never again

Whilst located in a convenient location, the complex is looking very dated both in and out. Sadly the cost per night is respective of something better. Noted no hot water in the basin, warm only in the bath but the shower was ok. Breakfast options are the same everyday with very few good choices. This is really a 3star property and pitched at a particular culture which made it even less attractive.

Absolutely amazing stay staff were amazing and so lovely such a wonderful place to stay private access to Bangala road from the resort the room was so big and the balcony was amazing size aswell as the room!
Buffet breakfast and the pools are ten out of ten the staff and resort was 10/10 highly recommended for couples family walking distance to shopping mall .
Loved seeing the koi fish everyday before going in the pools .
