A compulsory New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December 2026 is included in the room rate for 2 people per room.

Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Bilder auf Booking.com entsprechen nicht der Realität vor Ort. Wir haben eine Villa gebucht und uns auf eine schöne Sicht in den Garten gefreut. Bei der Villa handelt es sich um ein 2-stöckiges Haus, welches die Aussicht auf einen Teich mit Kois hat. Wir waren von der Sicht entsetzt, denn wir haben explizit eine Villa gebucht um Privatsphäre zu geniessen. Jedoch haben 4 Villen die gleiche Sicht auf diesen Teich. Nirgends finden sich Fotos dieses Innenhofs, weder auf der offiziellen Seite noch auf Booking.com. Wir hätten NIE ein solches Zimmer gebucht, hätten wir dies vorher gewusst. Wer eine solche Villa-Zimmer bucht, muss sich darüber in klaren sein, dass hier jeder dem anderen ins Zimmer schauen kann oder Abends wenn man schlafen möchte, andere Gäste draussen sind und man alles hört.
Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Unser Zimmer, dass mit 66m2 auf booking.com angegeben wurde, hatte nicht mehr als 35m2. Das Zimmer war dunkel, dreckig und die Eingangstüre sowie Fenster waren defekt und kaputt. Wir haben sofort die Rezeption angerufen und diese haben alle Schäden wie auch verschiedene Tierfäkalien sowie dreckige Kissen aufgenommen. Das Hotel hat uns ein zweites Zimmer in einer Villa angeboten, diese war vom Zustand her etwas besser, jedoch hatte diese die gleiche Aussicht.
Wir haben uns dann entschieden nach ein paar Stunden das Hotel wieder zu verlassen. Wir haben viel Geld verloren, jedoch wollten wir nicht unser Resturlaub dort verbringen. Wer dieses Hotel bzw. das Villa-Zimmer bucht, muss sich darauf im klaren sein, dass die Zimmer dunkel sind (dies muss man mögen), Tiere einfach ins Zimmer hineinkommen, keine Privatsphäre vorhanden ist und die Anlage in einem sehr schlechten Zustand ist. Die Holzböden in der Anlage sind spröde und ohne Schuhe kann man nicht auf diesen laufen. Der Strand ist gross, jedoch machte man uns beim einchecken darauf aufmerksam, dass man sich gegen Sandfliegen schützen muss.
Convenient location, friendly staff, they were a huge help with our paperwork and getting in touch with the local immigration office after our flight was canceled. Great selection and quality of massages, and the beach and the entire resort are always clean.
Yes, some parts of the hotel and the rooms are clearly not new, but that doesn't stop you from enjoying your stay.

The hotel is very old and overpriced . The rooms are obsolete and not clean . The aircon it's barely working , i had to ask for a room change at 3 am. The swimming pool its not clean . The breakfast was poor . I regret that I have not chosen the dinso hotel beside . The only positive note was the staff ehich was polite and helpful . Will never waste my money at the dewa again.

Das Personal war sehr freudlich und hilfsbereit.
Sauberer Strand, Massage war auch gut und entspannt.
Pool war auch sauber.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut, es gibt immer frische Omelette, Spiegel ei, div. Spiesse.
Beim Kaffebar war der Kaffe gut.
Mit dem Roller kommt man gut von A nach B, und in paar gehminuten, trifft man auf Restaurants und ein 7 eleven.
Kaffe beim Frühstückbuffet war zu wässerig.

Breakfast area very hot, only two small ceiling fans and most the time only a standing fan. Staff explained we have no more.
Breakfast was ok but for a 5 star hotel you expect a bigger variety.
Coffee you can’t drink it all even had to bring my own coffee that’s unbelievable.
Staff also need better training to accommodate guest.

Dinners at the beach are amazing.
It is not about property but there is tide at the sea. Most of the times water is too low and super warm. If you plan to have crystal clear, nice beach holiday, you might be disappointed.
Also, the pool is too hot to swim. Only refreshment you can get is showers next to beach or pool.
Location is a bit off. There is not so many things around. You need to walk to Kai Bae for some attractions.
Room was nice but the main problem was:
- Breakfast coffee was so terrible cannot even drink it, it was disgusting honestly and it’s been like this for years!
- Staff are untrained and young, they know nothing about guest service. -> No English, no knowledge I even had to get up and get the menu myself and cutlery myself multiple times. Been coming to The Dewa for around 5 years but I won’t be coming back anymore.
Heerlijk hotel op een mooie locatie.
Op wandelafstand heb je een 7/11, enkele restaurants, massagesalons en wassalon. Aanrader om lekker te eten is Mango Tree vlakbij.
