The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

A compulsory New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December 2026 is included in the room rate for 2 people per room.

For any additional guests, an extra charge of THB 5,500 per adult and THB 2,750 per child (aged 4–11 years) will apply. Payment is to be made directly at the hotel upon check-in.

The Dewa exceeded our expectations in every way including the setting, staff, swimming and massages!
Pros:

The Dewa is an oasis on Koh Chang. The beach is stunning with sunsets every evening and the option to dine there. The pool is so spacious and you can really swim. The staff were all wonderful and the breakfast was excellent including teh freshly made egg dishes. It was easy to get around from here with taxis the hotel ordered (we went to Sol Beach for yoga). We had many massages during our stay and they were excellent. Thank you!

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast could have been better but there is a cafe open all day where we could get decent coffee.

good brekkie, lovely pool, lovely beach area, lovely spot for a massage by the sea. villa was rly nice - spacious, clean. overall would defo recommend!

Cons:

the downside to the villa is that all villas are facing same pond / each other. was a bit surprised there wasnt gym. only had lunch by the pool but that was a slight disappointment tbh, just expected more from such a fancy hotel.

Pros:

Our stay here was amazing. The hotel is as beautiful as on the pictures online, we loved every minute of our stay! The breakfast was amazing (loving the noodle boat in the morning, thx for the tom yum ;)), every staff member was so friendly and welcoming, the beach is beautiful... we will definitely come back!

War sehr nett und erholsam. Hotel samt Anlage aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dafür zu teuer
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nicht so weit weg von der Hauptstraße aber trotzdem ruhig. Auch der Strand ist sehr schön. Zimmer war ok von der Größe her. Nur immer sehr dunkel, da man die Vorhänge nicht offenlassen kann. Wenn man diese öffnet bei den Villen, dann können alle Nachbarn hereinschauen.
Zimmer und Anlage sind großzügig gestaltet. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Strand, Anlage sehr sauber.

Cons:

Wir haben extra eine bessere Unterkunft gebucht, ein großes Zimmer in einer Villa. Leider stehen sich diese Villen zu viert gegenüber, Abstand ca. 4m, so dass man sich auf der kleinen Terrasse, wenn man sie denn nutzen möchte, direkt gegenüber sitzt. Das hat der Architekt wohl versaut.
So auch die Zimmernutzung: geht nur, wenn man den ganzen Tag die Vorhänge zugezogen hat, alle Nachbarn können reinschauen, keine Privatsphäre.
Badezimmer ist großzügig gestaltet, nur die Toilette hat keine Tür oder separate Abtrennung. Auch eine Fehlplanung des Architekten.
Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und lecker frisch zubereitet.
Die Anlage ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ist nicht saniert worden. Im offenen Sall, wo des Frühstück serviert wird, besteht das Dach aus alten Holzplatten, die durch Wassereinbrüche mittlerweile viele Flecken aufweisen. Gleiches gilt für die Holzbeplankungen auf den gehwegen.
Es müsste dringend mal was gemacht werden.
Bereits vor der Reise hatten wir erhebliche Kommunikationsprobleme mit dem Hotel. Mailadresse und Kontaktformular haben nicht funktioniert.

Pros:

Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön und wir waren total zufrieden. Unser Bungalow und der Ausblick waren ein Traum. Der Stand war auch mega und Frühstück war bombastisch, besser gehts nicht - frische Suppe, Egg-Station und Co.! Roller direkt im Hotel mieten, Drinks am Pool :). Wirklich alles sehr sehr schön!

Cons:

Wir hätten mehr Möglichkeit zum Dinge Aufhängen im Bad gebraucht, aber das ist echt nur ne Kleinigkeit. Ansonsten wäre es schön gewesen wenn immer mehr als eine Toilettenpapier-Rolle im Zimmer wäre. Und man sollte wissen, dass man definitiv nen Roller benötigt, da das Viertel nicht sehr belebt ist, mehr los ist links und rechts vom Hotel (natürlich nur wenn man möchte). Alles nur Kleinigkeiten, wir kommen wieder! :)

Lovely hotel on Klong Phrao beach.
Pros:

This is a lovely boutique size hotel, on the lovely Klong Phrao beach. The hotel attracts alot of bird life and we were lucky to see a couple of Hornbills feeding in the nearby trees. Rooms are very well equipped and kept spotlessly clean by the very friendly cleaning staff. The hotel staff, and in particular the general manager (Harry) are very welcoming and eager to please. The breakfast area is quite laid back with an excellent selection of food. The pool is also of a decent size. In my view it's the best hotel on this particular beach.

Top Preis - Leistung - würde ich immer wieder buchen!
Pros:

Die Anlage ist super schön gebaut und erfreut jedes Architektenherz. Strand total schön und zentral gelegen. Haben nur dort gegessen und fanden es auch gut und hatten zum Glück auch keine Lebensmittelvergiftung im Gegensatz zu den anderen Restaurant Reviews der umliegenden Restaurants schon die Ausnahme ist.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sehen super aus sind aber bisschen umständlich gebaut (man läuft die ganze Zeit im Kreis). Ansonsten waren wirklich 90% Deutsche Urlauber da, als wir dort waren, was echt genervt hat, aber das ist Geschmacksache.

The Dewa Experience
Pros:

The stay at Dewa Koh Chang was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful beachfront views and a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable, making it a wonderful place.

Schones kleines Resort an guter Lage. Preis/Leistung stimmt.
Pros:

Ein schönes Resort. Das Personal überall sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel und die „Villas“ bieten wenig Privatsphäre, wenn man draussen sitzen will. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl, die Präsentation könnte aber besser sein (z.B. Früchte abdecken wegen der Fliegen). Am Strand gibt es oft zu wenige Liegen. Dafür sorgen die vielen deutschen Gäste die sich gewohnt sind, frühzeitig zu reservieren. Das Personal ist machtlos, jedoch sehr hilfsbereit, um Lösungen zu finden. Auch die Lage idt sehr gut. Schöner Strand und kleine Restaurants in der Umgebung. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Dewa sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Problem mit den reservierten Liegen am Strand. .
