The Dewa Koh Chang

I really enjoyed my stay at The Dewa Koh Chang.
The hotel is beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away.
My room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.
The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome.
The pool was amazing, and I spent a lot of time there.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.
The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
It was the perfect place to take a break and enjoy nature.
I had a great experience and didn’t want to leave.
I would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to my friends

We stayed at this hotel during July, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with breathtaking sunsets every evening, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even a clinic.

The food and evening vibe were fantastic: a rich and varied breakfast, and almost every evening there were dinners right on the beach accompanied by live singers, which created a magical atmosphere.

On top of that, the staff was exceptional—super attentive, deeply generous, and created a calm, welcoming feel. They even put great effort into beautifully decorating our room. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at The Dewa. We stayed in room 132 (third floor) and the room was better than I expected. I loved the layout and it had everything we needed. If you prefer more privacy, I would recommend booking a villa instead. The balconies all face out toward the public spaces offering little to no privacy.
It rained only late at night and sitting on the balcony was amazing to watch it. The staff are incredible. They were so very helpful and because I was working while on holiday, they allowed me to use the cafe after hours. All the staff, especially the receptionists, made our stay even better.
We easily rented a bike for 250baht/day at the front desk. I’m not a huge fan of breakfast at hotels so I am hard to please. I can say that it was decent. We also had dinner at the hotel one night and the seafood was great. The atmosphere was amazing especially with view of the beach behind the hotel.
The hotel vibe was just so chill and relaxing.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The location is perfect, the welcome was warm, and the staff were truly exceptional !! I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our stay so special.

What really sets this hotel apart are all the thoughtful little touches. From the bath salts and complimentary minibar to the beautiful details on the bed after housekeeping, everything was carefully prepared. We also loved the lovely lemongrass scent that filled the room after it had been cleaned, it made coming back to the room even more enjoyable.

Everything was simply beyond perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily come back !

Natur känslan var härlig, bodde i villa typ bungalow känsla modern men ändå i en skön stil som om djungel känsla. Trevlig o hjälpsam personal.
Älskade duschen på rummet med jämn flöde på varmvattnet.

Fijne kamers, heel fijn zwembad. Goed ontbijt. Ook goed eten bij het resort.

Personeel bij ontbijt en beach restaurant mega vriendelijk ook alle housekeeping.

Das Dewa ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes Strand-Hotel mit einem sehr ansprechenden und intelligenten Design. Vielleicht eines der schönsten Hotels dieser art in Thailand, sicherlich auf Koh Chang. Der Baustil ist eine raffinierte Mischung aus einem tropischen Dorf und einem städtischen Loft. In den Tropen verwittert Beton sehr schnell, sodass Gebäude schnell häßlich werden können. Im Dewa wurde dieses Problem in das Design integriert. Die Gebäude erscheinen geradezu stolz auf ihre Patina zu sein. Sehr raffiniert und sehr gemütlich.
Das Personal ist höflich und sehr gut ausgebildet.
Der Sunset-Strand und das zugehörige open-air Restaurant sind einfach nur toll.
Sehr bequemes und ausreichendes Strand- und Poolmobiliar.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und wird laufend gepflegt und nachgefüllt. Es gibt eine Omlettstation in der man frische Eierzubereitungen bekommt.
