For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
A compulsory New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December 2026 is included in the room rate for 2 people per room.
For any additional guests, an extra charge of THB 5,500 per adult and THB 2,750 per child (aged 4–11 years) will apply. Payment is to be made directly at the hotel upon check-in.

Grosses Zimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Tolless Personal! Kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Die aussen Anlage ist sehr schön und es gibt eine Cafeteria und eine Poolbar. Grosszügiges Frückstücksbüffet. Restaurant am Abend am Strand mit Palmen. Gute Massagen.
Die Anlage ist schon älter und die Klimaanlage war es auch, daher war es etwas muffig im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel. Die Poolbar ist direkt neben dem Kinderpool und da manche ins Wasser springen, landete Poolwasser in unserem Drink. Eltern kümmern sich nicht darum.

Room cleaning service took oftentimes very long, sometimes the room was not cleaned by 3pm
AC in the room was very loud
Ein wirklich wunderbares Resort, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war großartig, der Strand und die Liegen für die pure Entspannung hergerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem 10/10.
Big swimming pool, great breakfast buffet, amazing beach for the sunset view. Nice staff and luxury rooms.
The cleaning was always done a bit late in the day but it was not a big deal
We had a wonderful stay at The Dewa. Staff is amazing, facilities as well. The bar and cafe deliver drinks and food to your room or sunbed. Did not have a single worry our entire stay of 6 nights.
Breakfast is great with lots of options.
The pool is big and there’s plenty of sunbeds at the pool and beach. Towels are removed if beds are unoccupied for more than 45mins.
Its a short walk to the main road with plenty of good restaurants nearby. My advice would be to eat there or at the Dewa restaurant, skip the fancy looking beachbar nextdoor.
No smart tv however I understand it’s quite costly to upgrade. If a TrueID box is an option for the hotel it could be a great way for guests to use streaming services, which is an absolute feature nowadays.

Wasser Mischer in der Dusche nicht gut zu regulieren. Entweder zu kaltes oder zu heisses Wasser.
Sehr schöne Anlage und schöne Villa. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine sehr gute Lage.
Alles topp, sehr gute Lage. Schöner Strandabschnitt...alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Another Xmas, another fabulous stay at the Dewa for Christmas holidays and new year! We have been coming to the Dewa and Thailand for many years. We always stay at the Dewa whilst in Koh Chang. I love the location, in particular the peaceful surroundings, shaded quiet pool to laze the days away too, beautiful beach to walk and convenient restaurants etc nearby. The staff, led by the capable and friendly Harry do a great job. He always checks in to see how you’re doing and is great fun at the Gala event. I really appreciate his hospitality. The hotel is suited to couples wanting a quiet break who enjoy relaxed surroundings. For feedback proper coffee from freshly ground beans should be provided for breakfast (one in the coffee shop is great) but id expect this included at a 4 star hotel! The rooms need some renovation as they’re 15 plus years old and showing some wear. The balcony furniture in the villa rooms should be replaced with lounger chairs like the deluxe rooms (only thing that stops us booking villa room!) very much looking forward to returning at Xmas!
