Très bon séjour, personnel très acceuillant

Parking seems to be an issue. We managed to park in the outside area of the property, but no more than five cars can fit in - six at best.
Our room was in the annexe and it was OK, although changing grout in the bathroom and similar stuff would greatly improve the impression.

Hotel très bien situé au centre de Deauville. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement aux environs proches de l'hotel. Chambre dans annexe derrière, très sombre et sentant le renfermé. Mais literie confortable.

Chambre moins propre, placard pleins des poussières, service de petit déjeuner incomplet, poubelle quasi inexistante dans la chambre.
Qualité/prix: 1/10.

Chambre pas très bien isolée. Nous avons dû demander les serviettes de toilette à l’accueil. Sinon, hôtel bien situé.

Great staff and overall understanding.

Besides the fact that the rooms were not very clean, we almost had a theft incident. We were suddenly awaken at 1 AM by the sound of someone trying to break in from the window. Thankfully, my mother heard the 2 thieves and we immediately ran to shout and block the window.
While we understand that such situations may occur, is it clearly unacceptable for a hotel not to have any safety measures or security precautions. The management unexpectedly blamed us for lying and making up this story with no valid premise whatsoever.

No security, no cameras, windows that can be easily opened from outside, and no guard or staff after 6:00 PM; the hotel and its guests are left alone at night by themselves.

Contexte hôtelier parfait.
La reception ferme à 18h. Il est alors bon d'insister pour obtenir toutes les consgnes d'accès après cet horaire !

Personnel très accueillant et disponible et service prompt et rapide !

Hôtel très bien situé, lit confortable.
Néanmoins, mauvais accueil. La dame de la réception nous a tendu les clés sans parler et sans nous indiquer la direction à prendre.

Le sejour etait agreable et l'accueil chaleureux. Hotel bien situe. Chambre spacieuse et agreable.

Hôtel très vieux, ne correspond pas aux photos.
Les murs sont tres fins, et le confort tres basique pour le prix..

This was a one-star hotel. Room had a very dirty mattress, dirty pillows, dirty toilet, no curtains on the windows, everything was old, small and shabby. Carpet in the corridor was dirty and old.
Not even close to the price charged.

Cet hôtel propose sur son site des photos mensongères. Pas de jardin, pas de parking, salle de bain hors d’âge et minuscule, il faut mettre de la bonne volonté pour prendre sa douche ( rideau sale )
La télévision ne marchait pas, la réception ferme à 18h donc personne ne répond à téléphone.
Le petit déjeuner se passe dans l’hôtel à côté ( 200m)
Et naturellement vous payer d’avance car au vu de la chambre je serais partie.
