Palm Galleria Resort

We had a pleasant stay, it is walkable to a lovely beach.
The bathrooms could do with a little updating but the shower was nice.
Staff we're friendly.
Biggest disadvantage was the fact you had to spend 300 thai bhat one way to get into khao lak its definitely not walkable. On the plus side it was lovely quiet resort with nice food.

Heerlijke plek als je van rust houdt! De kamers zouden met een betonstuc op de badkamers en een nieuwe airco fantastisch zijn.
Met een scooter is er voldoende te beleven in de omgeving en het personeel scoort in en dikke 10!

Nice quality, slightly older resort, with large pool, great food and good breakfast buffet. Quieter and slightly out of town and the main area, but only 200-400 baht for two people taxi ride to most places. Bike to the beach in 5 minutes. Customer service was super friendly and helpful. Room was fine, with ice cold AC

Otroligt slitet ställe mitt ute i ingenstans. Har nog varit helt ok tidigare men det var längesen, osäker på om det någonsin nått upp t 4 stjärnor!

Good hotel with good staff. Needs a little TLC but worth it compared to overpriced hotels in the area

Extremely unhelpful customer service. Attempted booking with requests to confirm bedding type. Response was “go ahead and cancel if you like”

I did not cancel booking but was surprised to learn they canceled with the excuse that my credit card was no good. Booking made though Agoda wo confirm there was no issue with my card. Canceled booking, would not confirm requests in advance etc.

So I went in low season. As a result very little was open outside the hotel. However the hotel provided a clean, safe organised environment. I certainly got peace and quiet

The food was very good and you could ask for the 'Thai spice' to be more palatable to English visitors. The pool was big enough and clean

All the staff were friendly and said hello and nothing was too much trouble. The room was great and the air con worked really well

As a stay at home mom, I highly value a serene place and hospitable staffs more than just the amenities. And Im so happy that this hotel excels in both aspects.
The simplicity of the place gave a very warm vibe. The minimalist approach is so evident but it didnt compromise the quality of the place.
I have an eye for detail making me quick to notice even the tissue foldings in the comfort room 😅

Staffs are very friendly and proactive that they easily offered solutions to possible things I may need help with. I love how Mr.Sam proactively suggests places that I and my group might enjoy. He also gave helpful tips and initiate a lot of help.
Customer service is really amazing!

This hotel offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway specially to those like me who have been working very hard. A perfect place to reflect and rediscover myself.
The location is accessible to the beach ( 5 minute walk) ,market, grocery store, pharmacy, thai restaurants and even massage place (my most favorite!)

Staffs are very accomodating and friendly.

The hotel is cozy and very accomodating staff. Also the place is very peaceful and near the beach. Very satisfied with the food, the room, the amenities and all in all very good experience with Khaolak Palm Galleria Resort. We will deinitely come back with complete friends.

Palm Galleria Resort is the most cozy, fair price and excellent place near to the beach just have a walk for 5 minutes.

All staff are friendly, rooms are nice and clean and breakfast is delicious 😍 I would like to recommend our friends and families

Hotel dans l’ensemble satisfaisant.
Un grand beau jardin arboré.
Une magnifique piscine idéale pour les enfants .
Le calme .
Les restaurant est très bon. Le petit déjeuné est varié.
Les chambres sont modernes.
Malheureusement je pense que le Covid est passé pas la certaines parties de l’établissement ont été délaissé.

Palm Galleria and especially all of its staff is the best hotel to stay at in Thailand. It’s located close to several fantastic beaches and it’s only 15 minutes to Khaolak center. This is the third time we stayed at Palm Galleria and it will not be the last time. Everything exceeds ones wildest dream of a hotel. On top they have the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful with every wish. A special thank to Prew, Tu and of cause Sam, best manager ever.

BAO - from front desk. AMAZING service and attitude to help with the (multiple) problems we encountered.
Restaurant Staff - the ladies who attended, very friendly, made a connection with my son and always attentive if we needed anything.
Check in - we informed that we would be arriving very late in the early morning. We arrived and waited 25min until someone from staff showed up. Even though that person was willing to help us, we waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes before they could give us our rooms. We were with 2 senior adults and a 6 year old child.
Things disappeared from our rooms - a bag of candy and my son's medicine. Magically, it appeared the day we checked out, when they were not supposed to clean the room and they still did it.
Duty Hotel Manager - the worst travel experience of my life when I encountered a "duty hotel manager", if you can call him that. He did not give us a solution to a single one of our problems. On several occasions we spoke to him and he ignored us. We would talk to him and he would go away. He would talk to other staff about us in Thai instead of English, as we did. 100% disrespect, zero judgment, availability to solve problems and so on. A total failure.

주변에 딱히 할게없음 차로 5분정도 거리에 편의점 있음 일몰시간 선셋은 기가막힘 저녁에 서너시간정도 물이 안나왔음 세면대랑 욕조엔 물이잘 안내려감 전반적인 관리가 안되어보임
