The hotel is great.the neighbors is terrible scary.
Where can I start? This hotel is simply amazing.
The breakfast was more than exceptional, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. I even had a stressful moment when I needed to get to the airport but most of the streets were closed due to a strike/protest and Uber kept canceling. A staff member, Mario, went above and beyond to help me secure a taxi and made sure I arrived on time for my flight.
My entire experience at this hotel was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great night’s sleep in a hotel that’s close to everything, I highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it!
It was very clean, bellman and receptionist very helpful
When I take another trip back to Mexico City I will stay here again, highly recommend.
It was close to the Downtown but it wasn't so clean
Very Clean and accesible. Easy Check in/out.
Its overall a good hotel: very friendly and helpful staff (very hard workers), great food, and clean. Cons:The area around the hotel does have a lot of SWs which isnt an issue but just wanted to mention for the people that might not like that. The shower and sink knobs are a little hard to close, my mother has arthritis and I had to help her whenever she used them but able-bodied people can use them fine, I think. Walls are also thin, I could clearly hear conversations that people were having. Despite that, I had a great time!!
No intenet, no windows, had to change rooms three times and tried to charge for service dogs.
The hotel is amazing. Staff is great. The pool area and hot tub are amazing. Just have to ask to turn on the jetstreem for the hot tub
The amazing thing, it’s in the middle of everything. So if you don’t want to uber, you can walk everywhere.
Excelente todo sus instalaciones y el servicio mucho mas olvide mi laptop en el lobby y la srita stephanie y el joven luis me la resguardaron. De verdad que personal tan honesto y servicial. Lo agradezco mucho.
Jacuzzi was perfect
Love this Hotel … location is excellent everything it’s with walking distance
This hotel is close to most attractions. Metro is also close that can get you around!
I will forever love this place! From receptionist to any other staff, they’re very welcoming.
I do recommend this place 10/10. Will be back very soon.
Had a great experience here, would differently stay here again.
Amazon hotel , clean ,staff are excellent
I recently stayed at Hotel EXE Alameda Reforma, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I especially want to highlight the Fanny who cleaned my room—she did an excellent job and was always very kind and welcoming.
The only downside is the area where the hotel is located. The neighborhood is in poor condition and does not feel very inviting. However, once inside, the hotel staff really make the difference with their professionalism and warmth.
In summary, while the surroundings may not be ideal, the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made my stay pleasant
Great location to a lot of museums and beautiful architectural churches and more. I traveled with my young kids and felt safe.
This property needs lots of remodeling. The water turned brown when I turned the shower on. We contacted the front desk but nothing was done about it. It also smelled like mold. The beds are clean but are very hard. I didn’t like that as soon as I walked out of the hotel we were able to see prostitution all around. They do have security all the time in the hotel. just didn’t feel safe walking outside when the sunset. I felt catfished when we arrived.
I like the hotel but you can’t walk around it because there are some dangerous people
