Our one‑night stay was disappointing, as we had no hot water twice and the issue was handled poorly.
Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

We stayed for one night, and unfortunately the experience was far from ideal. When we arrived, there was no hot water, and the same issue occurred again when we returned to the hotel after a day exploring the city. We reported the problem the first time, and were told to wait for the boiler to refill and that, if it didn’t resolve, we would receive some form of compensation. We waited, but the hot water never came back.
When we mentioned the issue again at checkout, the staff reacted with skepticism and insisted on checking the room, which made the situation uncomfortable. Although we eventually received a small compensation for the inconvenience, the way the situation was handled by the staff left us feeling embarrassed, especially in front of other guests.

la situation dans la ville est idéale. l'appartement est bien équipé, propre et moderne. proches des commerces. les personnes sont très sympathiques.

Cons:

les rideaux ou volets sont très peu occultants. il y a un seul toilette dans la chambre et le 3 eme occupant était dans le séjour. le fonctionnement de la tv est obscur. les documents ne sont plus à jour (wifi). sauf pour le premier point, rien de significatif.

Satisfaction garantie - simple et confort avec bien plus que le nécessaire
Pros:

Très bon séjour passé à Lille, le personnel du residhotel était professionnel et très aimable. Nuit calmes, literie très qualitative. Nous avions opté pour une chambre studio afin de pouvoir nous faire a manger et il y avait bien tout le nécessaire niveau vaisselle et nécessaire de nettoyage. De plus un verre de sirop c'est également très appréciable. Situé pile entre le poumon vert de Lille (accès direct pour aller courir, louer un vélo ), les restaurants/bar péniches, le centre ville et le vieux Lille pour flâner ou pour la vie nocturne. Expérience positive, nous recommandons !

Cons:

The shower stall needs a better / longer curtain to prevent the bathroom floor getting soaked. There is secure parking but if you park underground there is no lift for guests.

Petit séjour de 3 jours 2 nuits pour visiter Lille. Je suis satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, proche rue Sebastopol, des restaurants et des commodités. Proche aussi de la fête de la soupe et du parc de Lille.
Le petit déjeuner était complet, sucré ou salé j'ai trouvé tout ce que je souhaitais.

Cons:

La poubelle de la salle de bain des personnes précédentes non vidée... il s'agissait je pense juste d'un oubli. Sinon RAS.

Good location. Not so good with children, very late check in, reception closed during midday.
Pros:

Location is good if you plan to be in the park and river. The street is easy to access by car. And it looks a good area.
A proper Breakfast included

Cons:

Late check-in (4pm), and the fact that they close 2-2.5h in between 12:00-14:00 or up to 14:30 on a holiday. With such a late check in with no flexibility and closing hours during midday, I could not access my luggage in the closet. This affected greatly my first day. One of the personnel was difficult to request something as basic as a second access card. The elevator is very small and old.
