Un accueil très chaleureux!
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, près de la citadelle, le quartier est vraiment tranquille. Virginie a été d'une telle générosité pour nous proposer des activités susceptibles de nous intéresser. On sent vraiment qu'elle veut que nous passions un séjour agréable et on s'est senti pleinement accueillis! On sentait également que le personnel était compétent, on se sentait en sécurité. Le fait d'avoir un petit coin cuisine dans l'appartement était parfait pour nous comme famille.

Cons:

L'appartement était un peu défraichi (la douche notamment), on voyait un peu de poussière sur les plinthes.

Stationnement pratique, chambre confort avec pas mal d'équipements

Un peu froid heureusement chauffage soufflant à disposition, personne à l'accueil ne se déplace pas pour expliquer fonctionnement du parking ni pour montrer la chambre

Emplacement au top à Lille
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel m'a permis d'être à 5 minutes de mon lieu de réunion. La possibilité de bénéficier du parking de l'hôtel est un vrai plus. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre.

Cons:

La salle de bain manquait un peu de luminosité une fois dans la douche.

Chambre fonctionnelle, emplacement idéal, avantages confortables
Pros:

La literie était bien confortable, le matelas pas trop dur donc nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Il y avait du savon et du liquide vaisselle, ainsi que du gel douche donc c'était fonctionnel.
Assez calme malgré l’emplacement en pleine ville et le parking quoique payant 15€ est un vrai +
Les boissons chaudes et l’eau à volonté dans le réfectoire sont vraiment des grands avantages, merci.

Cons:

Il manque des stores ou volets car malgré les rideaux occultants la lumière passe, heureusement j’avais un masque pour les yeux car pour moi ce genre de detail m'empêche réellement de dormir ou cela me reveille très tôt...

La situation géographique

Cons:

Absence d'eau chaude . Quand signalé le lendemain a l'accueil,la personne 'ous a répondu qu'elle pensait le pb réglé car la panne datait de plusieurs jours . Aussi pensait le pb résolu puisque la chambre avait été donnée .
Mail fait a l'adresse contact et jusqu'à présent aucun retour !!!
