Pros:

Propere, grote en schone kamer voor die prijs. Op de kaart lijkt het vlakbij, maar je zit toch meteen een klein half uurtje van het centrum als je naar een levendige uitgangs- of winkelbuurt wil. Maar deze wijk heeft dan weer rust te bieden, met toch voldoende kleine zaakjes om iets te eten en te drinken. Daarnaast zit je tussen de statige universiteitsgebouwen en vlakbij de zoo en de citadel, die beide een bezoek waard zijn.

Cons:

Niet echt een uitzicht, tenzij je de inrit van de parking meetelt. Maar dat stoort niet, je bent er om te slapen en niet om door het raam te turen.

Appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel avec kitchenette très pratique.
Calme du lieu.
Emplacement à côté du parc de la citadelle et à 20 min à pied de la Grand Place. Magasins et restaurants très proches.

Pros:

Big rooms with equiped little kitchen (glasses, plates, cutlery), in a nice location (15-20 minutes to city centre, 5 minutes to Jardin Vauban), and they have a very nice breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom needs a deep clean.

Very comfortable and clean and the staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful.
Excellent public transport links into the centre of Lille. A very nice touch, having free drinks in the dining area. Lovely shower and spacious room. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Power sockets!! Very poor. We couldn't have either bedside light on as there was only one usable socket. Such a simple thing, to put in an extension cable.
Also, for me as a short person I could not reach any of the crockery above the hob at all! Not really a problem for us as we were only there 3 nights.
