Cons:

El servicio no es bueno, una mañana no pudimos desayunar porque no había quien lo hiciera (lo dudo), al reclamar el encargado contesto "no es mi problema", después comenté que ya no regresaríamos ( teníamos reservación para días más adelante), se lo hice saber a la gerente en persona, nunca me devolvieron mi dinero, a eso se le llama robo. La "gerente" casi nunca esta y al personal le falta mucha capacitación, o contratar a alguien con experiencia. en términos generales nos dejó un mal sabor de boca.

Good place to stay. Close to the Zócalo and restaurants.
Pros:

The property is clean and well-located. The bathrooms could use an update, as they are older and the shower leaks. Other than that, everything else was really nice.

La localización y el trato del personal de servicio fue muy bueno, atentos y amables, me gusto mucho el tipo de anfitriones que son, buen alojamiento.

Lo que no me gusto es que, solicite mi factura y no me pudieron decir si me facturaban o no, si lo contratas por aplicación es buena opción pero el soporte para solicitar un documento que se supone que lo tienen que emitir por ley no me pueden ayudar a resolverlo

No desayunamos en el lugar. Pero tiene buena ubicación, cerca del centro (unas 3 cuadras), pero si consideren si llevan gente grande o en silla de ruedas por que la calle esta un poco empinada.

Cons:

La silla de la habitación ya esta muy maltratada, parece que se va a romper (sugiero cambiarlas).
De los 3 días que estuvimos 2 no hubo internet, se que es un problema ajeno, pero deberían considerar un plan B, para no afectar a los huéspedes.
Por ultimo como ya lo han dicho, la entrada al estacionamiento esta un poco complicada (es una rampa reducida y muy inclinada), si llevan camioneta grande si deberían considerarlo.

Cons:

We had a very uncomfortable stay at this hotel. The room was heavily scented — both the cleaning products and even the toilet paper had strong fragrances — which triggered allergies for us. For the price we paid, the overall quality really didn’t match our expectations.

On top of that, there was no hot water for the shower until we complained at the front desk. Basic things like hot water should be ready without guests having to ask.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we wouldn’t stay here again.

Good for last minute booking when other options are not available. Expensive with a good location, nothing else.

The location was good and had parking.

Cons:

Very expensive and not worth the price. Booked for 4 people and there were only 2 towels. Also just 1 roll if toilet paper, it wasn’t enough. They also took all the towels from the room on the day of the check-out hours before we checked out. Not enough water pressure at the sink, hard to wash hands or teeth. For the price of the stay the breaksfast should have been included.
