The end-of-stay cleaning fee is included. Guests must clean the kitchen area and their dishes. A set of cleaning products is available at the reception for an extra fee of EUR 4.

La piscine, et encore...
Le cadre extérieur plutôt sympa

Cons:

Le manque de services, tout était payant
Pas de bouteille d'eau à disposition malgré la chaleur, pas de mouchoirs dans le logement, toilettes pas terminé ? Et en prime il nous est demandé de vider les poubelles sous peine d'une facturation de 5 euros.
En bonus : odeur d'humidité très présente et absence de clim

الموقع جميل جدا ولكن الوصول إليه صعب جدا اتمنى وجود باص من محطة القطار للمنتجع على الأقل في فترة قدوم السياح في الصيف لأن سائقي التاكسي كسوليين ومواعيدهم كاذبة والتكلفة جدا غالية للقدوم والذهاب لسنتر المدينة أحببت التجربة واستمتعت لاسيما قربها من سويسرا 🇨🇭 طاقم العمل جيد ومتعاون ولكن نظافة الشاليهات ليست بالمستوى المطلوب .

Pros:

Good stay for our family, we appreciated the pool and for the kids to play with other kids staying at the same time as us

Cons:

No chairs for the outdoor furniture. A little small for a family of 6.

Cons:

Aucune intimité. Les miettes des voisins du dessus passent au travers des lattes et tombent sur notre terrasse. Ménage approximatif. Notre matelas était taché de sang. La Vmc était très bruyante et la chasse d'eau coulait. Et peu de considération pour nos remarques.La résidence semble manquer de personnel pour assurer les prestations affichées. C'est dommage.

L'emplacement, la piscine le calme, la literie. Le personnel et la vue !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu trop cher, la climatisation aurait été appréciée chambre sous les toits, le matériel extérieur un peu vétuste chaises cassées. Manque de signalisation pour accéder à la résidence depuis le bord du lac et les ventilateurs pas assez puissants et bruyants
