Great location, affordable, comfortable
Pros:

Comfortable and super convenient. Steps from Chiado-Biaxa metro and made that easy to get to and from airport or Oriente bus/train station. I guess there was a marathon and people had trouble getting around and we had no ideas since we used the metro. Steps from main sites. We only stayed one night but will be back if/when we are in Lisbon again.

Cons:

Too much scent used in room to make it smell nice. Must have been sprayed in the room when cleaned prior to our check in. Was overwhelming actually. But this was only complaint. Might ask ahead next time to avoid the extra scent

A wonderful hotel for perfect stay in Lisbon!
Pros:

The hotel is well located close to many tourist sites. The staff is very friendly and their cocktails and breakfast excellent. The ambiance is great! Will recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

The venue was great. I wish the front desk staff was accommodating of early am arrival due to flight
Pros:

Booking and checking in and out was efficient and easy; it's quite affordable

Cons:

I had an early flight coming in, only staying one night and I had hoped they allowed early check-in however they did not and I was exhausted so left until I could check in.

das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber

Cons:

Die Musik von der strasse konnte man hören und wenn in einem anderen zimmer geduscht wurde konnte man es auch hören

Great staff and very boutique.
Pros:

Location and staff were great. Great decor - especially pictures / photos and very large collection of real books on dining room wall.

立地は良いが建物は古くて汚く、快適とは言えなかった。トイレは臭く、滞在中ずっとハエが飛んでいた

Cons:

接客態度は悪くなかったが、ウェルカムドリンクが付いてくると言われたがスタッフが変わり引き継ぎされていなかったのか忘れられていた。

Pros:

Fantastic stay at Brown’s Boutique Hotel! The staff was extremely kind, professional and always ready to help with a smile.
The location is absolutely perfect – right in the center, everything is within walking distance, yet the room was quiet and peaceful.
Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The WiFi worked perfectly, which was important for us, and the bathroom amenities were excellent quality.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
