Pros:

The location is excellent. The stuff friendly and efficient.

Cons:

It is a bit noisy maybe because the Celtics fans were extremely noisy. Also the bouse keeping were a bit noisy in the morning

Great location to explore the sights of Lisbon..

Excellent location , friendly staff and lovely lounge/bar area to enjoy coffee or a snack .

Cons:

Our room location was excellent and i loved the fact we had a tiny balcony looking out over the street : we could see the castle from our window. The only disappointing thing was there was no storage space for clothes apart from an open wardrobe to hang dresses/trousers.. otherwise facilities were great: coffee, tea, a bottle of water and wine on arrival.
