Colazione discreta, posizione buona.
Bagno della camera troppo piccolo. Al momento del Chek out (preciso che il soggiorno l'avevo già integralmente pagato prima della partenza con booking), residuava solamente di pagare la spiaggia, di proprietà dell'Hotel, mi hanno chiesto una cifra superiore, 110,00 Euro al giorno per la tenda, rispetto a quella originariamente comunicata in forma scritta via mail, ovvero Euro 105,00 al giorno. Data l'esiguità dell'importo di differenza, non ho battuto ciglio e ho pagato.
Posizione perfetta tra la pineta di Roma Imperiale e il mare a pochi metri, lo storico locale la Capannina di fronte. Colazione ricca e ottima attenta anche alle esigenze degli intolleranti.Staff accogliente e gentile, cibo ottimo e raffinato Il bagno Marzia piccolo e super curato dove prenotare la tenda o l’ombrellone e pranzare piacevolmente sul mare. Pulizia eccellente sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. 10 e lode!

One of the best four-star hotels I’ve stayed at, with genuine five-star service.
From the moment we arrived, the owners and the entire staff made us feel at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The reception team arranged everything we needed, including bike rentals and local recommendations, making our stay completely stress-free.
When I had a slight issue with my room, the owner immediately stepped in and upgraded me without hesitation. She genuinely wanted to find the best solution to make me happy and ensure my stay was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, generous, and genuinely cared about her guests.
Breakfast is excellent—everything is freshly prepared, from eggs to pancakes, and the staff is always happy to prepare whatever you like.
The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the town center, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were six families staying in seven rooms, and everyone loved the hotel.
What impressed me the most happened after we left. My daughter accidentally forgot her wallet and ID in the room safe. The owner personally took it to the shipping office and arranged for it to be sent safely to my home. That level of care and kindness is something you rarely experience.

A simple, but very nice hotel that we keep on coming back. Location is great, they have spacious room and their own beach.
There is not a "thing" that we did not like, it's just missing a bit everywhere to have that extra touch.
