Pros:

The breakfast staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. For the most part it was not noisy in the rooms. It is close to the town's main area, with restaurants and shops, although far from a public beach or supermarket.

Cons:

I am generally very dependent and happy with booking's reviews and ratings. This hotel truly was a disappointment.

1. While advertised as having beach access, there was an extra 100€ per day to be able to use it, which was not clear in the hotel description. When asked in the hotel or through the app every time we got a different price. When asked for help with booking a public or cheaper beach the answer was they don’t exist and we would not get anything cheaper, which was not true, and which we did on our own. They reception staff was exceptionally unhelpful in trying to help us.

2. We had a similar experience with trying to book transportation, both during our stay and to the airport. We had originally asked how much a taxi to the airport would be, months in advance. They said 130€. When we asked in the hotel we were told around 120€ but to come back to book one two days in advance because we would not be able to sooner. When we asked two days in advance we were told 170€ because we were asking too late and close to the date.

This has been a very unfortunate vacation, and we're truly disappointed. I don't usually leave feedback, but this experience fell well below our expectations and made the trip far less enjoyable than we had hoped.

DAs Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir trotz schönem Wetter nicht draussen frühstücken weil die Terrasse geschlossen war.
10 Euro für ein Rad, pro Tag. Hohe Kosten am Strand. Liege mit Schirm Preis völlig überrissen.
