Simpatia dello staff, la vista sul mare, pulizia. Ambiente accogliente con arredamento consono all'architettura dell'hotel.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'isolamento acustico non è dei migliori: si sente molto dalla strada vicina.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - in der Nacht war es sehr laut. Man hörte immer wieder die Türen sowie die Benützung der Badezimmer!

Csodálatos élményben volt részünk ebben a szállodában! Már az érkezés pillanatától kezdve érezhető volt a figyelmesség és a vendégszeretet.

A személyzet kivételesen kedves, mosolygós és segítőkész volt – minden kérdésünkre azonnal reagáltak, és tényleg azt éreztük, hogy fontosak vagyunk számukra. Ritka az ilyen őszinte, szívből jövő hozzáállás.

A szálloda tiszta, igényes és nyugodt hangulatú, tökéletes hely a kikapcsolódásra. Minden adott volt ahhoz, hogy jól érezzük magunkat.

Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, aki egy barátságos, szeretetteljes helyet keres. Mi biztosan visszatérünk.

Such a friendly place, everyone was so helpful. Breakfast each morning was ideal with cappuccino, espresso and fresh pastries to our room!
Simple furnishings, really big room. Balcony overlooking the terrace.

Cons:

It's up a steep hill! Was a great location, but you did need to reserve some energy for the end of day to get home.

Tout le personnel est vraiment charmant, notamment Raffaele qui nous a bien aidés pour trouver un taxi à Pâques, et offrait les cafés du matin avec brioche ! La chambre (double, vue mer) était spacieuse, avec de hauts plafonds et un balcon avec la vue sur Capri ! Emplacement commode , proche funiculaire, bus et métro (ce dernier un peu plus loin). La place du plebiscite est à environ 30 mn à pied.

Cons:

Le matelas du (grand) lit était moyen, mais le positif l'emporte haut la main!

Soggiorno molto piacevole, ottima posizione, staff gentile e piccole attenzioni molto apprezzate.
Pros:

È andato tutto molto bene. La posizione è ottima e molto comoda. Ogni giorno veniva servito il caffè in camera, un piccolo gesto davvero molto apprezzato. Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente durante tutto il soggiorno.

The location was perfect and getting from the hotel to shops, restaurants, places of interest etc..
The hotel is lovely, really old naples style, the room was comfy but fairly basic. There's a fridge, tv, air con and we luckily had a small terrace.
The room was reasonably sized, the bathroom was also fine but let down by a lack of maintenance (toilet seat was loose and there was a leak in the shower hose) the wardrobe was walk in and massive but we always travel light so didn't use it.
Overall a nice reasonably priced hotel that I would definitely stay again. Would be even better with a breakfast or dinner offering but that's not available currently.

Cons:

There was no actual breakfast served there was pasry and coffee served by the manager that you can take to the gorgeous terrace but there wasnt a breakfast as such.
For example there wasnt any fruit, orange juice etc... that would normally be in buffet style for you to select or anything cooked/continental.
There will be in the future because I think it's being refurbished but at the time of writing this it isn't ready.
