Très agréable, reposant.
Pros:

L'accueil par le personnel qui nous a indiqué le chemin de notre chambre. La propreté de la chambre et le confort du lit. Le cadre calme de l'hôtel. Un super petit-déjeuner et le restaurant super car bien isolé donc malgré le fait qu'il y avait du monde pas de sensation de bruit. Les plats très bons et biens servis.

Cons:

Pas d'amélioration à noter. Tout dépassait nos espérances.

Pros:

Sehr gut geführtes Haus mit äußerst freundlichem Personal und einem tollen Blick auf den Bodensee. Sehr große und gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Toller Garten! Die Lage oberhalb des Stadtkerns ermöglicht den schönen Ausblick; dennoch ist die Uferpromenade nur einen mittellangen Spaziergang entfernt. Überlingen insgesamt und auch dieses Hotel sind u. E. die Top-Empfehlungen am Bodensee.

Cons:

Täglicher Handtuchwechsel ist m. E. nicht nötig, gehört aber wohl zum Standard eines Hauses dieser Kategorie. Beim Frühstück könnte man auf unverpackte Butter umsteigen.

Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr entspannt, superfreundliches Personal und leckeres Essen.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Bodensee und die Berge im Hintergrund.

Immer wieder gern!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen. Der Ausblick Richtung See ist phänomenal. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Dank Fitnessstudio, Wellness, Sauna, Pool, Lese-Ecke, Café und Bar wird einem auch bei schlechtem Wetter sicher nie langweilig.

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine statt Instant-Kaffee wäre noch besser gewesen. Die Duschkabine war in unserem Bad leider etwas klein. Aber dies sind Kleinigkeiten. Sie haben unsere Zufriedenheit mit unserem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan.

Cons:

Baulärm, mussten nachfragen um ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen. Erste Antwort der Rezeption: der Lärm wäre nur bis 16:30 und dann "erst" ab 8 Uhr wieder... Wir bekamen dann ein neues Zimmer, allerdings wünscht man sich im 4-Sterne-Hotel das dann beim Umzug zumindest mit dem Gepäck geholfen wird, zumal die Wege extrem weit und verwinkelt sind, eine kleine Entschädigung (Glas Sekt, Kaffee...) hätte auch nicht geschadet.
Im neuen Zimmer hing der Fernseher neben dem Bett und ließ sich nicht vernünftig Richtung Bett drehen weil dann die Nachttischlampe davor hing. Also TV war nicht zu benutzen. Möglicherweise ist dies in anderen Zimmern anders. Wenn nachts einer ins Bad musste, erhellt das Badlicht durch eine sinnlose Glaskonstruktion das ganze Zimmer. Und wenn schon renoviert wird... was dringend nötig ist in dem in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel, dann doch bitte ohne Teppichboden!
Wir haben das Hotel nach der Aussicht ausgesucht. Die Bilder auf bockig.com waren vielversprechend. Leider ging unsere Aussicht auf einen alten, hässlichen, großen Bausündenkomplex.
Ich hätte dies gerne alles beim Auschecken nochmal gesagt, aber wir wurden nicht gefragt wie unser Aufenthalt war...

Es ist wunderschön am Bodensee.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Die Bedienung war zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war schön geräumig. Der Blick vom Balkon war wunderschön. Man sah den Bodensee und die Berge.

Cons:

Schade war, dass man den Tisch für das Abendbrot schon am Abend vorher bestellen muss und nicht die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück hat.

Cons:

Because of a "Booking.com" réservation , they give a wirde room than the one choosed.

Tout était parfait, a recommandé sans problème
Pros:

L'emplacement parfait et toutes les prestations étaient très bien ( restauration, services, nettoyage, insonorisation des chambres, literie etc....)

Cons:

Ne parlant pas allemand et venant tout juste de découvrir la région, je trouve dommage que le français n’y soit pas davantage parlé à l'hôtel.
