Das Zimmer hatte schon ein wenig 70er-Jahre-Charme und dafür wars doch ganz schön teuer.

Great views and nice stay
Pros:

View over the lake and the terrace for drinks and dinner/breakfast. Having aircon in the room and a fridge was very welcome. The staff were all friendly and put up with our limited German language.

Cons:

Was a long walk uphill to the hotel from the Lake/town. As others have said the hotel was in need of a little modernisation but everyone was very friendly.

Sehr schöne, gehobene Unterkunft an äusserst ruhiger Aussichtslage - empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wunderbare, absolut ruhige Lage, etwas ausser- und oberhalb des Zentrums von Überlingen.

Äusserst geräumiges und sehr zweckmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem aussergewöhnlich grossen Bad. Alles war extrem sauber und gepflegt.

—> Kleine Anregung: Ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon wäre sehr angenehm, um auch bei hohen Temperaturen und voller Sonneneinstrahlung draussen sitzen zu können und die wunderschöne Aussicht zu geniessen.

Sehr reichhaltiges und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Frühstück kann auch auf der grosszügigen, beschatteten Terrasse eingenommen werden, von wo aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Überlinger See hat.

Cons:

Im Gegensatz zum Zimmer liess die Sauberkeit im Indoor-Poolbereich leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Fliesen im Pool waren an der Wasserlinie extrem schmutzig und mit einem bräunlichen Fettfilm überzogen, was das Baden leider nicht sehr „appetitlich“ machte.

Zudem sind die im Nassbereich verwendeten Fliesen extrem rutschig, wenn sie nass sind (was ja natürlich meistens der Fall ist). Hier besteht ein ganz klares Sicherheitsrisiko für die Badegäste.

Ein weiterer Punkt (allerdings nicht Verschulden des Hotels…) der unsere Badefreuden massiv getrübt hat, ist die Tatsache, dass die meisten Badegäste es leider nicht für nötig halten, sich zu duschen, bevor sie den den Pool benutzen. Dies ist sicherlich auch ein Grund für die mangelnde Sauberkeit im Pool…

Dass Kinder, auch im Beisein der Eltern / Grosseltern, andauernd vom Beckenrand in den Pool sprangen, hat unser Badeerlebnis ebenfalls äusserst negativ beeinflusst. Es wäre wirklich sehr wünschenswert, ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit (z.B. ab 19:00 Uhr) den Pool nur noch für Erwachsene zugänglich zu machen.

La camera spaziosa con bellissima vista lago e visto il gran caldo, l'aria condizionata. Ottimo il ristorante sia per il servizio che per la qualità del cibo.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera tra le 15.00 e le 15.30 in due occasioni è avvenuta in nostra presenza e ci ha creato qualche disagio.

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Service, super Frühstück und Abendessen. Waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Gute Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder. Bei der Hitze (34 Grad) war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer Gold wert. Würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne Hotelanlage mit sehr vielen Zimmern. Zusätzliche Veranstaltungen, dadurch sehr überfüllt.
Pros:

Schöne Parkanlage, gutes Frühstück. Hotel war ziemlich ausgelastet, dadurch beim Frühstück/Abendessen sehr voll und wenig Platzwahl. Personal sehr freundlich aber teilweise überfordert.

Cons:

Kaffee und Minibar wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Leider kein Außenpool, in vergleichbaren Häusern fast immer vorhanden. Durch die Größe und der Auslastung des Hotels ziemlich unruhig beim Frühstück und Abendessen.. Zu wenig Personal. Preisniveau hoch!

Das man als Hotelgäste zum Abendessen ein Platz reservieren musste, da es sonst passiernk kann,( wie geschehen) keine Platz bekam.
Das ist mir noch nie in einem anderen Hotel passiert.
War echt ärgerlich.

Das Hotel würde ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, das Angebot vollkommen ausreichend
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, der Blick auf den Bodensee fantastisch. ÖPNV gewährleistet problemlos das "Problem" in die Stadt zu kommen

Cons:

Durch die vielen Erweiterungen war der Weg zum Zimmer zumindest am Anfang "etwas verwirrend".
Weg vom Zimmer zum Hallenbad war sehr lang und zu Beginn eine Odyssee
