A good stay ruined by a poor shower!
Pros:

The view from the room was exceptional, the staff were good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

The shower was almost dangerous with wildly varying water temperature, cold one minute then scalding hot the next and no way to control it, frankly It's just not good enough these days.

Kurzer Schreck mit gutem Ende

Das Zimmer ist komfortabel gewesen. Das Personal freundlich. Das Essen sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir überlegen uns wieder zukommen.

Cons:

Die Tagesgebühr für unseren kleinen Malteser-Hund mit 29 Euro pro Tag ist ausserordenlich hoch gewesen. Er hat kein Unterfell und haart deswegen nicht. Diese Kostenangabe ist in booking.com nicht sichtbar. Mein Fehler war nicht nachgefragt zu haben. Noch schlimmer kommt es, wenn kein "Hundezimmer" frei ist. Dann kommt zu den 29 Euro pro Tag, nochmals eine Endreinigung von 150 Euro dazu. Wir hätten nicht gebucht, wenn wir diesen Sachverhalt vorher gewusst hätten, obwohl der Aufenthalt alles in allem sehr positiv gewesen ist.

J'ai réellement apprécié cet hôtel très confortable où j'aurai volontiers prolongé mon séjour .
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel d'un grand confort avec piscine et sauna . Petit déjeuner très varié . La chambre donnait sur le parc à l'arrière du bâtiment . Le petit balcon donné sur de magnifiques arbres . Très calme .
Parking spécial sécurisé pour vélos .

Cons:

L'accès de l'hôtel s'effectue par des routes à fortes pentes . En vélo c'est un peu difficile . L'hôtel est éloigné du centre ville .

Pros:

Die beste Wahl für die Pfingstferien mit meiner Familie! Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick auf den Bodensee war einfach spitze!

Personal war sehr freundlich.
Zimmer sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber.
Schwimmbad gemütlich. Kinder hat es sehr gut gefällen. Abendessen sehr lecker. Frühstück war mega und Bedienung einfach top 10/10 Vielen Dank für die schönen Familien und freundlich Unterkunft. Gerne kommen wir nächste wieder

Kein Erdbeer Marmelade am Tag 2 beim Frühstück...nur Spaß..Alles war super.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels. Frühstück war mega lecker. Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Schwimmbad konnte bei Ankunft nicht genutzt werden, da ein Aquakurs stattfand. Dies ist enttäuschend, wenn man explizit dieses Hotel wegen den Schwimmmöglichkeiten auswählt. Noch dazu war die Wassertemperatur viel zu kalt.

Der Weg zum Zimmer war wie ein Labyrinth. Man hat viel Zeit damit verbracht, das Zimmer zu finden. Zum Glück hatten wir nur eine Übernachtung.

Personal beim Abendessen sehr unfreundlich. Man hat sich nicht willkommen gefühlt. Hinzu kam, dass eine falsche Bestellung aufgenommen wurde.

Tolle Aussicht Preis Leistung passt über Booking nicht!
Pros:

Die Lage ist Top und der Blick Atemberaubend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss geht gar nicht. Wir haben über Booking gebucht und weit über 100€ mehr bezahlt wie wir in dem Hotel bei direkt Buchung bezahlt hätten. Für 340€ Doppelzimmer für eine Übernachtung sind wir besseres gewohnt. Das Frühstück war reichlich jedoch ausbaufähig auch hier sind wir für diesen Preis besseres gewohnt.
