Es gibt sicher einige Dinge die mit Aufmerksamkeit schnell zu verbessern wären.
Pros:

Die Anlage war sehr ruhig und mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen.
Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Balkon ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen,viel Beton und die Umrandung mit Steinen gefüllt.
Den seitlichen Brettern würde ein bisschen Farbe gut tun.
Am Frühstück was sehr gut war,war einiges leer wenn man erst um 9 Uhr kommt.

Für meine Bedürfnisse ein optimaler Ort zum Übernachten
Pros:

Lage mit Blick über den Bodensee ist perfekt, freundliches Personal, alles da was Frau für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht

Cons:

Am Wochenende war das Frühstücksbuffet lieblos und unorganisiert aufgebaut. Mit ein bisschen mehr Geschick bei der Organisation und dem Personal könnte hier schnell Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Am Wochenende waren sehr viele Gäste da!

Pros:

Die Lage mit Seesicht ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und überwiegend ein Tagungshotel. Der Service ist zum Teil recht unbeholfen, evtl auch ungeschult. Nach oben ist noch viel Luft, jedoch sind alle Mitarbeitenden sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich sowie die Getränkekarte.
Besonderes darf man nicht erwarten, es sei denn man hat bessere Connections. Am letzten Tag haben wir rein zufällig mitbekommen, dass man sich zum recht übersichtlichen Frühstücksbuffet auch Spiegeleier oder Omelette bestellen kann. Das hätten wir gerne von Anfang an gewusst.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Bodensee war unschlagbar.

Cons:

Der Service ließ zum überwiegenden Teil zu wünschen übrig. Zwar bemüht aber recht unbeholfen bzw ungeschult. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren jedoch sehr freundlich.
Im Saunabereich sind keine Handtücher, die man nutzen bzw. wechseln kann. In der Badetasche auf dem Zimmer ist lediglich ein Handtuch pro Person.
Auf der Terrasse der Sauna sind lediglich Sitzmöglichkeiten, jedoch keine Liegestühle. Alles sehr spartantisch und nicht durchdacht. Für einen Spa-Tag einfach schade.
Die Speise- und Getränkekarte des Restaurants ist sehr eingeschränkt.
Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten.

Ein wunderbares und erholsames Wochenende
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, mit der Gästekarte kann man den Bus kostenlos nutzen. Wir hatten sehr schöne, klimatisierte Zimmer und das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat eine eigene App, hier können Informationen abgerufen oder auch Anfragen gestellt werden. Für uns eine rundum gelungene Auszeit.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und das Frühstückspersonal sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer zur Landseite über Booking gebucht war ok. Jedoch konnte man die Fenster nicht öffnen, da sich das Zimmer genau über der Hotel Lüftungs- und Klimaanlage befand. Daher sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage war sehr kalt und hatte keinen Nachtmodus. Daher buchen wir das nächste mal eher über das Hotel direkt, da bekannt ist, das man dann als Gast bessere Zimmer bekommt.
