Hotel ist ca 2 km von der großen Innenstadt entfernt war aber gut gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut es gab von jeden etwas zum essen für uns war es in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde angeblich jeden Tag gereinigt also nur die Betten und im Bad kurz kontrolliert.. wir hatten ein kind dabei wo nach 2 tagen immer noch kein Boden gesaugt wurde oder ein essen Teller der stand da 2 Tage vorne im Regal und wurde nie mitgenommen. Das war das einzige was sie da verbessern sollten.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Not the best location for tourists.
Couldn't even get a smile out of any staff. The breakfast as usual is catering more for Asians. Dirty black on floor around door frames.
Priced like a quality hotel yet dated & little service.

Not worth the price, its well below average.
Pros:

It was a nice room, good amount of space. The pool floor was lush though ill give you that!

Cons:

There were ants in my room and the decor needs updating. i was on the 7th floor so not sure how there were ants. The food was average to below average, i only ate it one day and it wasnt worth it. Ive had better stays in hostels which is incredibly sad considering the price.

Pros:

This was my first visit in Vietnam, and it was very interesting. At the hotel the staff were very helpful, I could pay the deposit by creditcard, which I got back on the day we checked out, everything went super easy and fast. The room, and all the hotel is very cozy, the view from the balcony is really nice.
In the surrounding area it's easy to find very delicious bahn mi, and next to the hotel there is a small grocery shop with good local beer. The downtown is not really far, worth to visit by walk too.

Cons:

The room service accepts cash only (no creditcard or pay on checkout), the breakfast is forgettable, and the area is quite loud (traffic and some karaoke stuff too), but it may be a feature. :)

Hotellet siger de er 4 stjernet hotel, det var vores oplevelse ikke - vi ankommer til et værelse med en kæmpe fugt plet i loftet og vores toilet virker ikke. Vi måtte have personale oppe og kigge på toilettet 5 gange på 2 dage for at få det til at virke i stedet for at give os et nyt værelse (vi skulle bo her i 5-6 nætter). Receptionisterne var også hurtige til at give os skylden for det ikke virkede grundet toilet papir i toilettet men eftersom det ikke virkede da vi ankom til hotel værelset er det lidt langt ude?!?
