Never come back
Cons:

I was extremely frustrating, especially since I was unable to stay due to the poor room conditions, not because I simply changed my mind.

The hotel itself is very old and poorly maintained. Even the bedsheets looked old and worn out. The facilities are clearly in need of major improvements.

I do want to acknowledge that the staff were friendly, helpful, and tried their best to assist me. However, good customer service cannot make up for such unacceptable facilities.

I ended up losing my money and paying for another hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Very classic, premium hotel. Excellent breakfast. Great pool & gym facilities. Absolutely recommend !!

We didn't stay because the hotel pool was closed.
Pros:

We booked this hotel because it had a roof top pool but on arrival were told that it would be closed for the duration of our stay. Therefore, we chose to stay elsewhere but it was the last thing we needed at the end of a tiring journey.

Hotel location is within walking distance to our Vietnam office which is very convenient for us.

Better than my expectations
Pros:

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great although shallow but fine to swim and the view was great.
I walked everywhere. The war museum, reunification palace abd water puppet theatre were about 10 mins walk tho on busy roads. I think most people take taxis which are very cheap but I walked into the centre too. There was plenty of choice for Asian breakfast as well as bread fruit etc.

Cons:

I booked a room with a balcony and it would have been nice to have a chair to sit outside but as it was as the hotel is in a very busy corner it was really too loud to sit outside- good for viewing the motorcyclists atvthe junction! Just be careful crossing the roads outside.
Other reviews mentioned it being a bit old in decor but it was fine.
