Amounts of the dinner supplement listed in the booking confirmation are only valid for online bookings. In case guests order supplement meal on-site at Bluesun Hotel Berulia, the price of dinner is EUR 40,00 per person.

Take your dog on a well-deserved vacation! You can come with up to 1 dog, weighing up to 15 kg, announcement is necessary. Cleaning after the dog is charged additionally 25 eur/day. A mat, steel bowl, toy and waste bags are waiting for your best friend (available on request & extra charge). Couple of things to remember before your vacation: please do not leave your dog alone in the room for its own safety; keep your dog supervised; do not bring your dog into the closed part of the restaurant, pool or wellness area. Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Too many stairs, no accessibility for stroller, beach chairs charged 90% of price for hotel guests, so there is no point of getting beachfront hotel if you have to pay for everything else on the beach.

Pros:

Przepiękna lokalizacja. Dwa baseny, kilka kroków do morza. Pomocny personel. Dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Małe niemiłe zaskoczenie gdy po wykupieniu kolacji okazało się że nie ma nic do picia w bufecie, nawet wody. Picie trzeba było dokupować osobno.

Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut, Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Insbesondere für Familien mit kleinen Kindern können wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen hellhörig. Geräusche vom Gang sowie aus den Nachbarzimmern waren sehr deutlich und teilweise störend zu hören. Unser Zimmer war zudem sehr klein und bereits deutlich abgenutzt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass Mängel eher ausgebessert bzw. „geflickt“ werden, anstatt notwendige Erneuerungen vorzunehmen.

Das Hotel ist leider nicht barrierefrei. Mit dem Kinderwagen mussten wir daher immer wieder Treppen hinauf- und hinuntertragen, was mit einem kleinen Kind sehr mühsam war.

Die Matratzen waren für unser Empfinden sehr hart und auch der Poolbereich wirkt bereits deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde.

Pros:

Všetko sa nám páčilo, jedlo bolo výborné a bazény boli krásne čisté. Potešil nás aj pozvoľný vstup do mora, nádherne čistá voda a príjemný tieň borovíc.

Raňajky aj večere boli veľmi pestré, s ponukou mäsitých jedál, šalátov aj ovocia. Večerná zmrzlina pre deti bola tiež príjemným bonusom.

Cons:

Jedinou nevýhodou bolo parkovanie. Ak chcete počas pobytu cestovať, môže to byť komplikované, pretože s autom sa ťažko manipuluje a musíte čakať, kým vám ho uvoľnia. Navyše, parkovné stojí 10 eur na deň.

Pros:

Odmor za dušu i tijelo.
Pros:

Hotel je predivan, osoblje ljubazno, dobili smo i kartice s kojima smo svaki dan isli po rucnike za plazu, dorucak i vecera odlicni, raznolika i preukusna hrana. Bazen i pogled na more savrseni.

Cons:

Nije nam se svidjelo to sto nam auto nije bio na parkingu hotela nego su ga odvezli negdje dalje. Nezgodno je jer smo neke veceri htjeli provest u drugom mjestu, moras im otici reci i cekas dok ti ne dovezu auto.

Jako los omjer cijene i kvalitete

Lokacija hotela uz prekrasne plaze. Infinity bazen. Ukusna hrana. Deserti za 10.

Cons:

Nazalost, hotel ne ispunjava uvjete za 5 zvjezdica.
Po dolasku, smjesteni smo u sobu koja je bila toliko mracna i skucena da je izgledala kao u zatvoru. Zidovi su bili uprljani, a iz klime je curila voda. Zamolili smo promjenu sobe pa nam je ljubazna djelatnica (Maristella) udovoljila zahtjevu te smo dobili novu sobu.
Hotel nikako nije prilagoden kretanju osobama s poteskocama, a samom time ni boravku s malom djecom(s kolicima) tako da hotel nikako ne preporucujemo obiteljima s djecom.
Takoder u hotelu ne postoji nikakva prostorija u kojoj bi se djeca igrala (makar Play station ili slicno).
Hrana je ukusna, ali izbor je na razini hotela s 3 ili 4 zvjedice. Najgore od svega sto za veceru nemate dostupnu niti obicnu vodu nego se bilo kakvo pice placa i to po paprenim cijenama.
Hotelu definitivno treba renovacija.

Pros:

Het eten in het algemeen was lekker en het avond eten was gevarieerd, er was altijd iets nieuw.

Cons:

Er werden handdoeken op de strandstoelen gelegd waardoor je niet veel keuze had, dat vond ik minder en het personeel deed er niets aan.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit tollem Essen

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut, viel Auswahl. Strand ein Traum

Cons:

Der Pool könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen, es fehlen Mosaiksteine, das müsste erneuert werden! Und die Liegen am Strand sind auch sehr teuer, darum waren auch sehr viele Liegen leer. Besser mit dem Preis runtergehen, dann wären auch alle Liegen belegt

Bin jetzt zum 3 Mal dort und jedes Mal begeistert das Personal ist mega freundlich die Lage perfekt nicht zu viele Touristen. Und dieses Mal habe wir ein Upgrade bekommen ein grösseres Zimmer.
