Amounts of the dinner supplement listed in the booking confirmation are only valid for online bookings. In case guests order supplement meal on-site at Bluesun Hotel Berulia, the price of dinner is EUR 40,00 per person.

Take your dog on a well-deserved vacation! You can come with up to 1 dog, weighing up to 15 kg, announcement is necessary. Cleaning after the dog is charged additionally 25 eur/day. A mat, steel bowl, toy and waste bags are waiting for your best friend (available on request & extra charge). Couple of things to remember before your vacation: please do not leave your dog alone in the room for its own safety; keep your dog supervised; do not bring your dog into the closed part of the restaurant, pool or wellness area. Overall, this hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property, especially considering how expensive it is.

First of all, charging €10 per day for parking is disappointing. For a luxury hotel at this price point, parking should be included.

The beach being public is completely understandable, as beaches in Croatia are public. However, it is unacceptable that the hotel does not provide complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas for its guests. Instead, you have to pay for those even though you are already paying a premium to stay at the hotel. To make matters worse, even the beach towels provided by the hotel were ripped, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Another disappointment was that the spa and wellness facilities are not included in the room rate. This is something many guests would expect from a hotel in this category.

The food was average at best. The restaurant service was also poor, by the time the waiter came to take our drink order (which, of course, had to be paid for separately), we had almost finished our meal.

Finally, the access to the beach is very inconvenient, with what feels like thousands of steps. As a relatively young person, I found the climb back difficult. I can't imagine how challenging it must be for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.

Overall, I expected much more from such an expensive 5-star hotel.

Були вперше у цьому готелі на відпочинку з дитиною 2 рочки , все дуже сподобалось ! Чудовий персонал , дуже смачна кухня , великий вибір страв . Для найменших своє меню !
Чисті номери , щодня прибирають у номері .
Прекрасний вид з балкону , чудовий ресторан !
Дуже велика територія , вихід до пляжу !

Cons:

Якщо ви з дитиною , важко йти до пляжу , так як там сходи . Немає пандусів або ж доріжки .

Дуже любимо готель Bluesun Hotel Berulia — море та краєвиди тут нереальної краси! Проте цього разу помітили деякі незрозумілі зміни в концепції нашого улюбленого готелю. Дуже сподіваємося, що керівництво зверне на це увагу та виправить ситуацію. Хотілося б оновлення номерів, більш безшумної роботи кондиціонерів, регулярної зміни рушників у номерах та своєчасної видачі рушників біля пляжу. Але окремо хочу зазначити, що весь персонал чудово виконує свою роботу: від прибиральників (особлива вдяка і респект за чистоту!) та кухарів — до офіціантів і рецепціоністів. Ми щиро любимо цей готель і дуже хотіли б повернутися знову в ці чудесні місця!

Ca de obicei deosebit!
Pros:

Săntem , nu merită să schimbi locația clienți de șase ani al acestui hotel. Dacă nu am fii mulțumiți am schimba locația. Dar atat cat timp hotelul corespunde unor pretenții de nivel merită să-și păstreze clienții!
Atât conducerea cat și personalul deosebit încearcă să satisfacă pretenția consumatorului. Personal profesionist conducere exigentă și profesionalism.
Stafiul de conducere f exigent. Felicitări! Serviciile deosebite, camere curate, ospătari serioși fără pretenții. În sfârșit. Am văzut și folosit multe hotele, dar satisfacția maximă am avut-o aici. Multimim Berulia. Toată cinstită.
