It was perfect for what we needed for one night,
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and I did like that I could close the bedroom door from the front.

Cons:

The hand/shower soap and hair products were very unpleasant to smell. I know they are likely ECCO, but really did not feel fresh when I used them.
Front counter staff when asked how far it was to Tee Pee Creek said they did not know, instead of saying I am unsure, but can find out for you...

Great Stay - all exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Very Good Stay. From the front desk staff to the cleanliness, and the variety of food for breakfast - it was all excellent. Thank you - I would stay there again for sure.

A great place to stay with family with two king size beds it’s awesome
Pros:

I like that the swimming pool is open at 6 AM until 10
I love that they have king size beds, not just one, but two

The staff were every friendly. We callef for maintenance on the tv and they came right away, very friendly maintenance guy. It was very clean, accommodating, friendly and the pool and waterside was great

Fun granddaughter get away

Everything was good except the hot tub was broken. I had booked because it had a hot tub. Also no coffee makers in room now

High deposit required
Pros:

This property charges an excessive credit damage deposit when booking through hotels.com (expedia). They asked for a $400 deposit for 1 nights stay, with the deposit not refunded for 5-7 business days after check out. I won't be booking here again.

It was fabulous. I stay here quite a bit now.
Pros:

The pool is great. It’s really nice at it opens at six as well. The grandkids loved it.

Pros:

Staff welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and everything supplied for our stay. Only little thing I would say was not great was the hot tub. The jets barely worked but the water was a nice temperature and we enjoy our soak regardless.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The shower was nice. There are lots of options on the TV.

Cons:

Pool was dirty. There was a lot of dirt and grime on the bottom of it. Fake eyelash on top of the slide. Slide needs some improving.. you almost get stuck in it everytime, not enough pressure to send you down. Could hardly notice the hot tub jets. Hot tub also felt slightly cold.

condescending useless staff
Pros:

Be Aware! This hotel caters primarily to road crews. Located in an industrial area and next to a smelly loud gas station. Not a family friendly stay.

Absolutely horrible check in experience with a condescending unhelpful and ultimately useless assistant manager named Sarah M.

Relocating my practice 3000 kms with 3 children in tow is taxing enough there is no need for that kind of behaviour. Assistant manager Sarah should be fired.
