Magnifique séjour pour les petits comme les grands
Pros:

Cet hôtel est localisée sur une péninsule en pleine nature qui est encore en construction l établissement est magnifique, le personnel est au petit soin sympathiques et souriants , nous voyagions avec nos enfants de 7 et 10 ans il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour les occuper merci au personnel qui s’occupe des enfants est super avec eux même avec la barrière de la langue, surtout avec une semaine de pluie, pour les adultes il y’a également de belles infrastructures salle de sport,sauna, hammam ( naturiste) piscine intérieure chauffée, spa la nourriture des buffets est de qualité et excellente, de belles balades en pied autour aussi et la localisation pour visiter est top ! Nous reviendrons

Pas de points négatifs peut être des améliorations , un goûter pour les enfants serait appréciable, des boissons chaudes comprises surtout le midi un café ou un thé offert avec le repas, pour les amateurs de thé tisane une bouilloire dans la chambre

Świetne baseny świetne posiłki bardzo miła obsługa

Cons:

Trochę daleko od centrum bez własnego samochodu trzeba trochę czekać na taxi. Ale ma to oczywiście i plusy w całym resorcie cisza i spokój

Bio sam sa unukom - čarobno.
Pros:

Hrana izvrsna, ukusna i raznovrsna. Lokacija je manje bitna jer sve imaš unutra, neovisan o vanjskom svijetu. Prilagođeno sve za djecu ( bazeni, stolice, sobe i kreveti, hrana, zabava).

Cons:

Može li parking free.

Відпочивши в готелі Diadora hotel family 5 днів склалися дуже неоднозначні враження від готелю. Дивні враження.. Від надзвичайно привітливих офіціантів та працівників ресторану до хамів та максимально грубого персоналу на рецепції. В цілому готель гарний, хороша їжа, готель максимально орієнтований на дітей. За більший номер ми доплачували на букінг, на ліжку відразу кинулися в обличчя халати для душу які слугують вірою і правдою в цьому готелі з дня існування мабуть.. після певних дій халати були замінені на нові дуже швидко. Кондиціонер не працював але ми вже нікого не казали.. спали постійно з відкритим балконом внаслідок чого було повно комарів у номері. На 5 зірок в готелі не було навіть набору для гігієни. Але ок це все донесли пізніше. Але враження від рецепції наче сходила на базар в Єгипті, тебе хочуть надурити на кожному кроці. Коли ми заселилися в готель з котом( попередньо і і фільтри на букінг були виставлені) нам повідомили шо ми маємо заплатити 45€ за кота за добу проживання в готелі. Хлопець який стояв поруч адміністратора сказав їй що ціна 39€ але вона стояла на своєму. Я намагалася побачити звідки така ціна бо заздалегідь переглядала сайт і там ні слова за котів і таку ціну не бачила.. і вже тільки після розмови з менеджером виявилося що ціна все таки 39€, ок.. інформація на сайті стосується тільки собак! ні слова за котів чи хочаб за домашніх тварин. Але мені пояснили «собака це типу всі домашні тварини» ок.. я не очікувала що за кота потрібно платити 300€ плюс, старший менеджер вирішив питання у половину вартості 150€.. коли виїзжали з готелю теж не обійшлося без хамства. Жінка у віці, блондинка з жахливим перегаром та поведінкою без посмішки без якогось адекватного відношення дала роздруківку де вказано за що я маю заплатити при виїзді.. ок алкоголь і їжа зрозуміло. Вас поставлять до відома шо ви маєте заплатити чайові Tip, та ще таким тоном, що я була в легкому шоці. Мені здається про такі речі якось повідомляють з іншим тоном.

Boravak je bio prekrasan ali kada smo se odjavljivali zbog gore navedenih stvari smo se razocarali.
Pros:

Hotel je lijep i čist prekrasno miriši. Ponuda jela je bila odlicna izvrstan hotel.

Cons:

Nije nam se svidjela naplata parkinga takav hotel bi trebao osigurati besplatan parking 13€ po danu je previse posto to nije bas jeftin hotel. Te tip za osoblje koji vam uracunaju kada se odjavljujete. On nije obavezan ali smatram da ga ja moram svojevoljno dati a ne da ga hotel uvjetuje. Mi nismo amerika i ivdje ljudi rade za placu a ne za napojnicu. A napojnice smo svaki put ostavili kada smo uzeli nešto za šankom i uvjek ostavimo u sobi kada god odsjedamo u hotelima.
