Kiváló élmény volt.
Pros:

Hatalmas volt az ételválaszték, minden igényt kielégítő a szoba és a ķöré épített létesítmények. A sportpark a fitfness centerrel - Fortis - zseniális volt. A fittness részlegről pld. a futópadokról páratlan a kilátás a tengerre.

Cons:

Az asztaloknál sok örlős sószóró nem működött. A tengerparton sok napágynál el volt szakadva a támla állító zsineg, ill. a napellenző csavarok lazák voltak és nem lehetett rendesen beállítani őket.

Pros:

Luxusní čistý prostorný hotel se zázemím snad pro každého. Areál hotelů nabizi bazény, posilovnu, restaurace, dětský svět s animačními programy, venkovní kino, diskotéku, hřiště, minigolf. K moři blízko s lehátky zdarma. Pláž čistá pozvolná se zaručeným stínem pod stromy. Bazén s toboganem, plavčíkem a rucnikovym servisem. Kuchyně výborná, většiny jídel připravují čerstvé přímo před očima s velkým výběrem studené, teplé kuchyně od asia food přes italské dobroty po mořské plody a velkou cukrárnou, která je součástí prostor jídelny. Nemělo to chybu...

Cons:

Občas nestíhali servis v jídelně, kdy chyběly čisté talíře, skleničky na pití. Chtělo by to i někoho, kdo bude uklízet nepořádek po dětech u jednotlivých nabídek jídel, automatů na nápoje a hlavně v cukrárně, kde děti vždy všechno rozpatlali. Ale to je spíše vizitka nezodpovědných rodičů než hotelu.

Best location for the families with children
Pros:

The property is a heaven for the families with children. Every detail for the children is thought and made possible. I would highly recommend this property if your main intention is to entertain the kids. Food is incredibly delicious and tons of varieties at each meal. Rooms are comfortable and well decorated.

Cons:

Since the property is built on a large field you may end up walking between buildings and to the sea as well to the gym yet shuttle at certain times and golf carts might be helpful to move faster. Apart from the food everything else is extra.

The Barman that works beside the pool is a very nice guy and Alvaro the Bill boy was the nicest, really showing professional understanding and sympathetic. It’s funny thought that the Bill boy is more professional than front desk and Management.

This review is not about restaurant opening hours. It is about how a routine customer-service enquiry escalated into police involvement and our family being required to end our prepaid All Inclusive holiday one day early.

We were staying with our two young children, and my wife had suffered an injury two weeks before the holiday and was walking with a noticeable limp.

At around 9:45 pm .I went to reception after learning there was no food available anywhere in the hotel. I was not asking for complimentary food. I simply asked whether I could buy food or order room service.

The receptionist, Adam, told me there was no food available and suggested taking a taxi to Zadar. However, Zadar is approximately 25–30 minutes away by car, there are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and leaving the resort late at night with two young children and an injured wife was not a realistic solution.

I asked to speak with the manager on duty but was told none was available until the following morning. During the discussion, the receptionist called me “crazy” in front of another employee and other guests.

Another employee later told me she had arranged something with the kitchen, but no food was ever delivered.

I was then told a manager would arrive in two minutes. No manager ever came. Instead, security became involved and the police were called.

The Croatian police handled the situation professionally and described it as a customer-service dispute, not a criminal matter. We explained that the hotel wanted us to leave immediately despite it being almost midnight and despite us having already paid for our stay. After speaking with the hotel, the police told us that the hotel still wanted us to leave, but because we were travelling with two young children and my wife was injured, they allowed us to remain until 10:00 am the following morning.

Later that morning, General Manager Pedjman Hamie met with us personally.

Resort je naprosto perfektní pro rodiny s dětmi. Všechny aktivity a zaměstnanci jsou tomu přizpůsobeny. Děti neví kterou aktivitu dříve si zvolit.

Jedlo, bazény, detské kútiky a športové ihriská a samozrejme pláž s pieskom.

Cons:

Chýbal tam obchod s rôznymi potrebami ku kúpaniu ako napr. opalovací krém, krém po opalovaní a rôzne hygienické potreby a pod.

Un séjour exceptionnel adapté à tous
Pros:

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Cet hôtel est un véritable paradis pour les familles : tout est pensé pour les enfants, avec des espaces adaptés à tous les âges et de nombreuses activités. Les piscines, la plage et les aires de jeux sont parfaitement aménagées, avec suffisamment de chaises longues et des zones ombragées.

L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel est accueillant et les repas sont excellents, avec notamment du jus d'orange frais au petit-déjeuner. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, avec une bouteille d'eau et du café mis à disposition chaque jour. Le complexe propose également un superbe fitness, plusieurs restaurants, un parking souterrain et une navette interne très pratique.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances parfaite et recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % pour un séjour en famille.

Cons:

Quelques petits points pourraient encore améliorer le séjour : davantage de fontaines à eau seraient appréciées, notamment pour les enfants, car il faut acheter toutes les boissons. Une navette vers le centre de Zadar serait également un vrai plus, car sans voiture, les déplacements sont limités et les taxis sont assez coûteux. Enfin, une petite supérette proposant des souvenirs et les produits de première nécessité serait très pratique au sein du complexe.

Családoknak kiváló választás pihenésre.
Pros:

Nagyon jó a hotel. Csak 1 perc séta a tengerpart. A hotel medencéi is jók, a vizük hőmérséklete kellemes.
A parton mindig volt üres napágy és a fák között az árnyékban bőven van hely. A medencék mellett már kicsit nehezebb üres napágyat találni, de végül mindig sikerült.
A szállodaláncnak saját tengerpartja van, amin egy kivilágított ösvény vezet végig, így este is lehet sétálni a parton.
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.
A reggeli kiváló, mint a legtöbb ilyen szállodában. A vacsoránál számomra kicsit sok a tengeri herkenytyű, de olyan sok minden van, hogy senki sem maradt éhes. A gyerekek kedvence a candy land. Ebédet nem kértünk, de többféle lehetőség van ebédelni.
A parkolás a sportpályák alatt van ami nagyon jó, mert nem süti a nap a kocsit a nyaralás alatt.
Van lehetőség többféle sportolásra is.

Cons:

A parkolásért külön kell fizetni (13 eur/nap), ezt tartalmazhatná a szállás ára.
A szálloda viszonylag messze van mindentől, ami előny és hátrány is egyben.
Ha Zadarba be akarsz menni akkor, azt autóval tudod megtenni, ami a nagy forgalom miatt nem egyszerű napközben. Az óvárosban és környékén parkolóhelyet találni szinte lehetetlen napközben.

Hotel bol veľmi pekný čistý. Jedáleň bola TOP, veľa jedla na výber a tá candy miestnosť s cukrovinkami ako z rozprávky.
Myslím si, že to bo hotel ako stvorený pre deti.
