Bellissimo resort per famiglie con bambini! Struttura organizzatissima sia per i piccoli che per i grandi!

Cons:

Unico punto debole tutto chiude alle ore 22, peccato! Per il resto tutto molto bene!

Perfekter Familienurlaub!
Pros:

Perfektes Hotel mit fantastischen Essen; immer! Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Möglichkeiten, Sport, GM und auch das benutzen von Spa des Iadera war kein Problem.
Das Arsenal Football Camp für die Kinder war das I-Tüpfelchen.

Cons:

Es hätte nichts besser sein können.

Već sam se vraćao u ovaj hotel, tako da je kvaliteta neupitna ali ima prostota za napredak.
Pros:

Mnogo sadržaja i dosta je dobro prilagođen za djecu. Također jedan veliki plus za ugodno, strpljivo i uslužno osoblje.

Cons:

U nekoliko stvari ima mjesta za napredak.
1. Veća kontrola gostiju koji se ne ponašaju u skladu s kućnim redom (često skakanje veće djece od 12-15 godina u bazenu, zauzimanje mjesta uz bazen i na plaži postavljanjem ručnika a dolazak tek kasnije…)
2. Iako je hrana odlična, ukusna i raznovrsna na terasi je jako teško bilo večerati i uživati jer su često bile mačke oko i iznad stola koju pojedini gosti grane iz posuda iz kojih sutra jedu djeca. Mislim da je to nedopustivo a niko od osoblja na to nije reagirao.

Skvělé jídlo a sportovní vyžití, ale pětihvězdičkovému standardu podle nás hotel úplně neodpovídá.
Pros:

Výborné jídlo, hezké pokoje a především skvělé sportovní zázemí. Sportovní část hotelu je moderní, prostorná a nabízí opravdu velké množství aktivit a sportovního vyžití pro děti i dospělé. Celkově je nabídka aktivit v hotelu velmi dobrá.

Cons:

Od pětihvězdičkového hotelu jsme měli vyšší očekávání. Bazén působí starším dojmem a také na pokojích je již znát určité opotřebení. Nepříjemný je příjezd kolem staveniště a nedokončená cesta směrem k pláži. Překvapilo nás také množství dalších příplatků – například za parkování, některé služby během večeře nebo horolezeckou stěnu, kde je navíc účtován i storno poplatek. Ve srovnání s pětihvězdičkovými hotely v Rovinji, kam jsme jezdili deset let, jsme byli celkovým standardem trochu zklamaní.

Pros:

The resort is absolutely wonderful, and I can only say positive things about our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The rooms, spa, pool, and all the facilities were beautiful and spotlessly clean.

We stayed with full board, and every meal was excellent — the food was delicious every single time. The sea is just a few steps away, which made the whole experience even more special.

Simply put, everything was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and would happily come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
