Mnogo šarmantan i ugodan hotel za parove, a vjerujem i najljepši u Tučepima.

U hotel Kaštelet smo došli povodom našeg medenog mjeseca, htjeli smo neki lijep i romantiča hotel uz samu plažu i to smo i dobili. Zaista, mnogo šarmantan i ugodan hotel za parove, a vjerujem i najljepši u Tučepima :)

Što se tiče čistoće, koja mi je čak i najvažnija, soba je zaista bila čista i uredna. Nisam do sada nikad boravila u ugodnijem i čišćem hotelu, što se mora baš pohvaliti. Moram od srca pohvaliti drage čistačice koje su svako jutro pospremale sobe i bile s osmijehom na raspolaganju za sve. Posebno želim spomenuti dragu Milu koja ima tako lijepu energiju i vidi se njena briga da udovolji i ispoštuje goste hotela. Hvala puno na tome.

Cijelo osoblje hotela je bilo izuzetno prijatno, a poseban utisak dobrodošlice daje Hristijan sa recepcije, koji zaslužuje sve pohvale za tako sjajan pristup. Dojam se stvara na samom dolasku, a mi smo zaista bili i ostali prezadovoljni našim izborom.

Mi smo imali polupansion sa doručkom i pored švedskog stola, moguće je poručiti doručak sa menija, a uz ovako divnu unutrašnju baštu svako jutro je započelo mirno i divno.

Poznato je da su Tučepi u sezoni baš puni, što malo može oduzeti čar odmora i privatnosti, ali je nama hotel ispunio sva očekivanja i ne kajemo se☺️ Tople preporuke!

Izvanredno iskustvo koje se pamti ❤️

Hotel je zaista prekrasan, smješten na savršenoj lokaciji uz samo more, gdje svaki trenutak odiše ljepotom i opuštenošću. Naravno, kao i svugdje, možda se pronađe neka sitnica koja nije bila savršena, ali iskreno – to je potpuno nevažno kada ukupni dojam nadmaši sva očekivanja.

Posebnu pohvalu želim uputiti Hristijanu s recepcije. Njegov pristup gostima nije samo profesionalan – on je iskren, topao i dolazi iz stvarne želje da se svaki gost osjeća dobrodošlo i posebno. To nije naučena ljubaznost niti samo dio posla; kod njega se osjeti istinska posvećenost i ljubav prema gostima. Uvijek je spreman pomoći, nenametljiv je, izuzetno profesionalan i svojom pozitivnom energijom ostavlja poseban trag.

Također, želim pohvaliti direktora, gospodina Stefana, čiji se odnos prema gostima temelji na velikoj empatiji i iskrenoj brizi da se svatko osjeća cijenjeno i posebno.

Hvala cijelom timu na prekrasnom iskustvu i osjećaju dobrodošlice koji ćete dugo pamtiti. Sigurno ćemo se ponovno vratiti. 😊

Sitio ideal para descansar frente a la playa
Pros:

El hotel es una maravilla! Super cómodo, tiene incluidas las hamacas frente a la playa para los huéspedes, el desayuno también incluido está muy bueno y muy completo. Es un lugar de paz y descanso. Parking incluido por 10€/ día. Además puedes utilizar la piscina del hotel Alga Blue que está justo al lado!

Great hotel, staff and location, beach area great!

Easy checkin, parking simple and the guy on reception was great, took me round and showed me the key to open lock the pop up post, he also walked me round to get a sim card in a local shop later in our stay. The staff in the hotel were great, notably the main guy who's name escapes me and Apple, friendly and attentive.
Loungers on beach easy to pop a towel on and free while you have a great breakfast, buffet plus a hot choice cooked to order. WiFi great and worked on beach. Peaceful courtyard to be away from strip. Loads of good food options! Our cleaner even lent our 2 boys some body boards! Outstanding, would recommend!

Fantastiskt hotell – vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!
Pros:

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse och hotellet överträffade verkligen våra förväntningar! Läget precis vid stranden är oslagbart, och att solsängar och parasoll på stranden ingick utan extra kostnad var en otrolig bonus.

Frukosten var otrolig och personalen var genomgående trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Vi kom med bil och personalen ordnade parkering åt oss direkt, vilket gjorde ankomsten väldigt smidig.

Rummet var minst lika fint som på bilderna, om inte ännu bättre, och det var både rent, fräscht och välstädat. Den mysiga innergården blev snabbt en favoritplats – perfekt för att njuta av à la carte-frukost på morgonen eller en drink på kvällen.

Ett otroligt charmigt hotell med fantastiskt läge, underbar service och känsla för detaljer. Vi gillade även att det är ett lite mindre hotell med cirka 50 rum vilket gjorde det väldigt lugnt och trivsamt. Vi är mer än nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka!

Lokacija sjajna, osoblje na recepciji i u restoranu preljubazno i vrlo susretljivo! Hrana ukusna i sveza. Besplatne lezaljke ispred hotela na plaži veliki plus!

Cons:

Čistačice nisu detaljno čistile sobe i cak neprijatno ulaze u privatne razgovore sto nije dopustljivo za hotel ove kategorije.
