スタッフが礼儀正しくにこやかで親切。駅近。朝食が美味しい。特に不便な点はなかった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の受け皿に水が溜まっていたので洗面所に捨てました。冷蔵庫内を私が携帯していたアルコールティッシュで拭き掃除しました。冷蔵庫の脇に埃が固まっていた。浴槽に短い髪の毛があったので流しました。ティッシュがきつくて取り出しにくいので、箱のふたを外して使いました。

Pros:

The location is outstanding, just across the road from Ueno station. The Panda exit l believe. Check the exit because it is vital for for finding your way anywhere. Also in the street behind the hotel were excellent restaurants with cheap but tasty dishes.
The futon in the Japanese room was very comfortable. The room had atmosphere.

Cons:

The fridge in the room didn't seem to work.
If working, it would have been useful for storing food for breakfast purchased from the nearby convenience store.

Pros:

Excellent location near Ueni Park, and across the road from Ueno station. Very handy for using Skyliner train from Narita airport, and also bullet train to Hakuba.
