Pros:

スタッフの人たちは親切だった。

Cons:

カップが1つ 汚れていた(すぐ取り替えてもらった)。
掃除は行き届いていたが 消臭剤の匂いが充満していて、かえって清潔感を損なっていた。

Good location, comfortable room.
Pros:

Close to Ueno station. Very friendly staff. Small but clean and functional room. Good breakfast, although only Japanese food offered.

Cons:

On the expensive side, presumably due to the location.

良かったここにきて。
Pros:

駅からすぐで、このお値段はびっくりでした。朝食今度お願いします。上野にきたらこちらを選びます。

Cons:

建ててすぐではないとは思いましたが老舗の感じでスタッフの方も丁寧に対応してくださり嬉しかった。

駅近かの、お得なホテルです
Pros:

上野駅からとても近いのに、料金が安い　部屋もけっこう広かった　
スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧で、うれしかった
ルームキーがないと宿泊階に上がれないセキュリティーもあった

Cons:

エレベーターで部屋に戻る時、3階の飲食店の外国人の客５人が「上にいきます」と言っているのに、「OK! OK!　１階ね」とエレベーターに乗り込まれた　ただの愉快なヨッパライだったがその時は１人で怖かった（勝手に宿泊者用のエレベーターを使ったらしい）
