Pros:

Everything was great! The staff was amazing, especially Evelyn.. I locked my keys in the car at check-out and she made sure our belongings were safe and secure while we worked to resolve the car situation.

Overall the stay was decent aside from the first night and flood of teens.
Pros:

Location was great, seemed to be on the less busy end of the ocean front. Breakfast was pretty decent, 4 options aside from the basics(oatmeal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, breads) chicken sausage was a huge plus. Celeste at the front desk was so nice throughout our stay! Always a plus having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We really enjoyed using the balcony. The cleanliness overall was good, the floors could have maybe used a better sweep and mop.

Cons:

The first night we got in a little late, and still wanted to give our kids a little bit of swimming time as they had been looking forward to it. We got in the pool about 10:30(knowing it closed at 11 pm) The housekeeper came in the pool area at 10:50 telling my husband we had 5 more mins as she’s mopping the floor with cleaner….. meanwhile my husband was sitting out of the pool with my baby and me and my two other children were in the pool. The smell was way too strong for all of us but especially my baby. I had to get my kids out of the pool and step straight into shoes so they weren’t stepping in floor cleaner…. Very disappointing. Second day took a while for towels to be restocked for the pool. The beds were not the slightest bit comfortable. There was a very loud noise(it seemed to be when hot water was being used) that sounded like a continuing boat horn. Obviously this not being the property’s fault but there was an event going on with high schools, teenagers flooded the hotel. Screaming all hours of the night, jumping, running the halls, doors slamming shut.

Pros:

The breakfast is good and the location is great , it is a clean pet friendly hotel I have been. I would staying again when I come back to Virginia Beach.

Cons:

Clean the balcony with all the cigarette before we get into the room would be better.

I love the ocean view from the balcony. I really like the fact that they upgraded our room to the eighth floor. Every staff member that I encountered was very friendly. And the breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

I liked the indoor pool, but I wish there were doors that led outside with lawn chairs. But still no complaints. I really liked our stay there. I will definitely book again in the future.

Clean, good price, no complaints.
Pros:

Breakfast was hot, and had good options. Staff was always pleasant while interacting. Indoor pool was good! Hotel was clean, views were awesome (dolphin sightings!!) Met our needs for a 3 day vacation and have no complaints.

The option to text staff is awesome, we needed our TV fixed and they sent someone up immediately when I asked for an ETA due to putting small children aleesp, much appreciated!!!
