Great Location
The facility is aging and not maintained. Broken floor tiles, etc.

I saw some pest inside the room. But overall was good.
I was afraid of that room! because I can't explain that sound, I feel like I'm not safe anytime someone enters my room from the window

Proximity to major shopping areas. Friendly security and front line staff.
Overrun with cockroaches. I mean they were everywhere. Kitchen, living room and the bedroom. I complained to the front desk and their solution was to give me a large can of roach spray of which I had to use all of it and leave for the day. I returned to at least 30 dead roaches and another few whose death was imminent. Note to “The Management”, take responsibility, get your place clean and don’t expect your front line staff to take the blame for your poor housekeeping management.

The management could have told us that there was no cable television. No cleaning service. Have to run after to change the towels, toilet paper and the door keys not functioning. Would like to check out immediately but they wouldn’t refund our money we paid back. It was a very miserable stay! Please take this hotel on your list as you will just damage the reputation of booking. com
I dint like the area was so difficult for taxi drivers to find correct address so we had cancelation I'm booking taxi at first.second the dint had room I booked and gave me another one not similar to price I paid. 3rd the only had one towel for body not second foe face and the worst employee at reception desc dint gave me back my passport despite fact I asked for it they charge me for a bottle of water and coffee and for some stains on sheets which I payed. Due to tiredness and pressure we left he dint hand me over passport!!@result is I realize at hotel had to run back with taxi pick it up and cause unbelievable traffic we lost flight with my girlfriend and I had to buy extra ticket for another 1400php!!! I don't recommend to people to choose that hotel

The rooms were musty and not thoroughly cleaned.
Wooden floor was sticky and not properly waxed.
Simple clean room , great location for a single traveler
The best thing about the property is the location and value for money, nearby hotels are atleast 3X more expensive. Staff is nice and accomodating.
