Not what we expected.
Pros:

Not much. Friendly Front Desk Staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was not served the day we checked out. Paid for three adults, only had towels for two. Desk lamp didn't work.
Had 2nd reservation for return home after visiting sick relative. Second room: Same towel situation. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder. Toilet paper was on the sink where you could not reach it. This is a hard situation for handicap people. This is a handicap room.

RESTAURANTS FOR WAS GOOD.

Cons:

NO COFFEE MAKER,NO SAFE DEPOSIT BOX,NO REFRIG, SHEETS HAD HOLES AND STAINS ON THEM. THE LACK OF CASINO WAITER AND NO COMPLIMENTARY SODA/ COFFEE MACHINES WITHOUT WAITING ON VERY FEW PEOPLE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER!!!

Could have been at a better hotel/casino.

The comfort of having the hotel connected to the casino.

Cons:

The staff wasn't very friendly upon checking in, the casino was alright except for the place we ate lunch at. We had to stand at the register for a few minutes while the employees complained about their paychecks. Then it took even more time to get our food from Fudruckers. Overall experience I won't be staying there again.

Cons:

We booked online for a 2 night stay. Ended up with 2 rooms for the same night booked. Hotel nor the online company would change it and was charged 65 dollars to cancel the second room. Wasn't even offered a complimentary room or a discount on another nights stay for either. So we went and stayed at horseshoe casino and spent our money there. Was very disappointed. We all know the casinos make a ton of money and wouldn't have cost them a dime to let us stay in the room we used for a second night. It wasn't like it was packed it was in middle of week

Seemed safe and pretty clean

Cons:

Shower didn’t have much water pressure at all and temperature went from cool to scalding quickly while showering

It was very nice all except for the cold shower.

I only have one complaint about : there was no hot water in the shower/ the sink had hot water but cold shower.
