The staff is very friendly and helpful. TV Chromecast function is nice.
The whole place feels a bit tired. Smells of other rooms cooking found the way into our room, same with noises, the spa temperature was sometimes ok, sometimes too low. The noise of the road is quite present. Bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Property overall not very clean or looked after. Aircon in room comes on automatically at certain times. And it is absolutely filthy, extremely dusty which blows over the bed. So bad.

A lovely place to stay close to the airport. Bed really comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to airport was awesome. The driver managed all my 5 pieces of luggage.

It seemed the property charged for everything they could...I would usually expect this from 5 star larger resorts & hotels but not from something this size...the wifi cost money to use , movies were quite pricey for access 35.00 and room service charged 5.00 per delivery
