ok
ok and a bit stuffy.
Terrible olace dont stay
Very uncomfortable bed and the shower barely gave out any water
Paid for a Queen bed - got 2 single beds lazily kept together with a sheet & so a crap night's sleep was had.
No teaspoons or stirrers in the coffee rack in room.
Overpriced for their shoebox sized rooms & service.
Location is great but there were lots of issues with the room. Not clean, carpet stained and hadn't been vacuumed.
Mildew in shower, taps broken and the cold water was actually the hot water so dangerous too.
Frig was rusty and cupboards broken, hole in the wall.
At least the bed was good.
The property has not been maintained to an acceptable standard. The condition is unsatisfactory.
Small fee, helpful stalf.
Not dirty, but unkept.
the staff was very unhelpful. with no working lift I had to drag my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. door in minute bathroom didn't close.
the linen was clean and air-conditioner worked well
Lift out of order, stairs to the 3rd floor had no hand rails, window wouldn't open, bed uncomfortable,
People complaining about this hotel need to recalibrate their expectations. You get what you pay for. I’ve certainly seen worse. The shower worked fine. The AC was more of a fan, but worked. The bed was passable. In short, it is a hotel room for barely more than the price of a backpackers. The place is screaming out for maintenance and upgrades, but when that happens we’ll be paying for it.
To be fair, the hotel is currently under renovation, so hopefully itll get a higher rating once thats finished
DECOMMISSION THIS PLACE.
We could not even spend 5 minutes in the room due to the smell of mould and cigarettes. We requested our security deposit back immediately and left. The lift was out of use, dirty stairwell & hallways, smelt of urine and cigarettes. PowerPoints hanging from walls, poorly patched holes in walls.
Want our money back, will be taking this further with health authorities.
Room was filthy bathroom had pubes everywhere bed lining had stains everywhere
The Air condition noisy and No Curtain in the Windows
No dining facilities
Doors banging threw out the night
Quiet and cool with aircon
Very close to city and river walks
Old but clean....
THANKYOU
I arrived to the hotel at 8pm and the front door was already locked. Luckily there was a person still at front desk who checked me in.
My friend who dropped me off said ‘do they charge by the hour?’
The hotel location in the cbd is excellent.
My room was small but fine for one persons for one night.
The bathroom/shower was tiny. If you’re a big or tall person you wouldn’t fit in the bathroom.
This place is an absolute dump. We stayed because it was 1am and had no other choice, and left immediately the next day despite having paid for two nights. The air is thick with cigarette smoke in both the rooms and hallways. There was a cockroach on the roof, the water in our shower smelt so unbelievably bad we couldn’t shower. The room was nothing like the picture advertised. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at or left a worse review in my life as I’m really not that fussy when it comes to accomodation but this place made me feel physically unwell. The air in the room was sickening. There was also a man sitting in the hallway all night just outside our room, no idea why a guest would choose to sit in a hallway, gave me the impression he was not supposed to be there. Would appreciate a refund for the second night.
Can't really say I like too much about this property it was convenient for what we were doing but overall unfortunately I've got to give just a low review as the room was tiny the shower flooded the bathroom the shower curtain didn't cover the entry to the shower at all and the shower head was terrible there was rust and Grime all over the tiles and wall in the bathroom no phone in the room I'm sorry but this time was an overall bad experience
The sink had been smashed and the stuck back together. Many of the electric plugs didn’t work. The tea and coffee making facilities were totally inadequate with no tea bags or milk. The reception on the TV was appalling and the TV broke down on the morning of my departure. Also very unhappy that my ID was photographed rather than just being sighted. I have stayed in many three star hotels around the world all better than this.
