A friendly relaxed holiday
Pros:

A fantastic location and such friendly managers. Great proximity to the Main Street and the beach.

Cons:

The midway room refresh was done late to avoid the weekend which was not ideal. Also the room could do with a vacuum cleaner as it gets so dirty and sweeping every day is not great when on holiday.

We enjoyed our stay, everything we needed was included, close to everything we wanted to do.
Pros:

Included a lovely pool, quiet location yet right at the beach and the bustling Main Street, both in perfect walking proximity.

Enjoyable stay. Would recommend to others.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was great having a full kitchen and laundry facility. Walking distance to the beach and the shops.

Cons:

Pool area was nice however pool was on the smaller side.

Perfect location, welcoming hosts and great value
Pros:

Location, location, location. And a clean, warm pool, great hosts who go out of their way to help, onsite undercover parking, two minutes' walk to the beach, close to Macrossan St shops, well equipped kitchen air con in all rooms.

Cons:

It's an older building with some design features that show it.

Quiet & convenient location with heated pool. Perfect way to finish off a hot day full of activties
Pros:

Exceptional location, nice and closer to main street with a simple walk into town meaning we didn't need to drive. Staff had great local knowledge and recommendations.

great location, great staff and facilities, some small improvements recommended for the room
Cons:

Lounge furniture could have been more comfortable to be able to relax in.

Outside area was not conducive to relaxing - staring at rusty aircons, a lot of moisture on the ground.

Need more places to hang up the towels once used.

Fantastic spot beach and shops around the corner.
Pros:

The location is fantastic the rooms are nothing flash but very clean and has everything we needed. Water pressure in the shower was very good. I loved the book lending library and Andrew the manager is super helpful and friendly with organising activity ideas. We stayed 3 nights, Port Douglas is a great base for exploring the area.

Cons:

Blinds in room closest to the corridor didn’t block out all the light which made it difficult for my daughter to fall asleep. Light seeps in.

Great stay would have been perfect if we’d been able to sleep better.
Pros:

Walking distance to beach and Port Douglas Main Street.

Cons:

The bedding our studio is in need of replacement. Very uncomfortable with sagging on both sides of queen bed.
