Hotel correcte en Port Douglas, molt cèntric i amb bones instal·lacions.
Pros:

Molt cèntric, a curta distancia del supermercat Coles i molt a prop de tot. L'habitació complerta, amb jacuzzi dintre. Llit molt bé. Aire condicionat i ventilador. Hi ha lloc per aparcar cobert i amb porta que tanca per la nit.

Cons:

No inclou esmorzar, has d'esmorzar fora o comprar alguna cosa al Coles. La piscina molt petita i l'aigua semblava amb una mica de color d'algues, no la vam provar.
La resta tot correcte.

Cons:

The reception staff were a bit rude when I called to ask about early check-in. I had emailed two days in advance, as I was arriving from Cairns, but when I called, I was told check-in was strictly at 2 pm without checking if the room was ready. I was also cut off before I could explain.

After waiting 1.5 hours, another guest nearby called and was told their room was ready. We called again, but were still told ours wasn’t, and the call was again rushed.

Shortly after, a housekeeping manager came and told us our room was actually ready. We called again and spoke to a different, much kinder staff member who finally gave us the access code.

It was a frustrating experience just to confirm our room was ready!

Besides that situation, we loved our room and staying in the hotel, as the jacuzzi was amazing and the bed was so comfortable.

Comfortable apartment in a great location.
Pros:

I was upgraded to a spacious apartment. It had all the facilities you need for simple self catering. The location was terrific. It was a short walk to cafes, restaurants and the Marina. I had spa bath on my balcony which I used after long walks in the local area and Mossman gorge.

Cons:

I was there for 7 nights - so didn’t qualify for house keeping services.

I would stay here again it’s peaceful and clean

The location is amazing right next to the Main Street and super quiet

Cons:

There isn’t a 24 hour reception and for a hotel it feels strange to arrive at 5 pm to find a key in a box

Lovely!
Pros:

I was looking at a property for my 50th birthday (in July) while also having a mini-vacation (I am a Cairns local). The room was spacious and clean and the location is fantastic. I'm looking to stay again :)

Comfortable apartment in a first class location.
Pros:

Very comfortable room, well maintained and with everything we needed. Great location, but be aware that the side road (Owen Street) is surprisingly busy during the day if you like a sleep in. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

There's little to criticise. The bifold door in our room could do with a little maintenance but that's about it.

One of the best stays I have ever had, so relaxed and will definitely rebook again
Pros:

We had a room with a Spa/Jacuzzi on our balcony it was a perfect place to relax and unwind and close to everything. Very Clean and Kim was super helpful booking outings and giving us advise on what and where to go.
