Pros:

Locality. Public transport right outside the door. Very close to restaurants and eateries as well as views of beautiful sunsets.
Staff were wonderful.

Location was good. Room positioning was good.

Cons:

Bed was hard. We asked for a softer bed or mattress topper, but our request was ignored. The room was non-smoking, which was good, but we had smokers in both adjoining rooms. It was impossible to sit outside to admire the view because the residents next to us were chain smokers and their smoke would waft into our balcony and room unless we went inside and shut the door and windows.

Comfortable for the stay just a bit old and run down

Notified staff for early cancellation but they could not do it.

Great place for a short stay
Pros:

Great room, friendly staff, had everything we needed.

Cons:

The lounge chairs by the pool have seen better days. A lot of them were cracked, split in the middle and just totally sun damaged over the years. But other than that everything was great

Despite the noise next door we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location and water views were great. Easy access to restaurants and Mindil markets within walking distance. Bus stop close by.

Cons:

Our room was annexed to another with a connecting door. The guests were loud, had the tv sound up, banged and crashed their crockery and were coughing excessively all throughout the night. Every sound was very clear and disturbing.
They were also smokers and the smoke came into our room from their balcony so we had to close the doors and sit inside.

Great location. Great pool area. So so staff - not particularly friendly. Management missing in action.

Cons:

Could have easily been locked out on a Sat night as the reception phone was not diverted to a manned number. Quite frightening for 2 60+ ladies. No managerial response to our complaint.

Walking distance to restaurants and bar.Beach near by. Bus shelter across the road. Underground parking.Staff friendly.The room was a reasonable size.Linen was clean

Cons:

Needed a little bit of maintenance. Wall had something on it .(wiped it off with a face wiper)Probably wouldn't stay at this resort again,or a room like that.

Pros:

Closest place to stay if you're going to Bass In The Grass. And the view to the bay is unbeatable!

Cons:

The resort could use a modern lock perhaps, still using old style key there. Also, the walls and overall layout isn't so noiseproof.

overall its a great complex and we have stayed there many times and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Pros:

Great Location, easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Bus stop opposite resort. Room was clean, comfortable bed, view from balcony was fantastic. Pool is great and was quiet during our stay.

Cons:

We had to wipe out the oven before use as there was burnt particles on the bottom. Not enough trays for oven. It would be handy to have a booklet on how to use the ovens, The frypan that was in cupboard had been dropped at some stage and was not safe to use. Would like to see some microwaveable containers to use in Microwave as we like to do our own cooking hence why we booked an apartment. The shampoo supplied looked and felt the same as the bodywash supplied?

Pleasant room with balcony overlooking the boat harbour and sea.
Pros:

The view over the water and boats was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Parking was free. Close to Fin and Tonic a great place to eat and watch the sunset.

Cons:

The cockroach in the bathroom! No big deal but it was a big one… Everything else ok.
