It made us want to return.
Pros:

Our apartment 711 was excellent. Fresh, clean,very welcoming . Beautifully appointed.

Cons:

Areas of the building looking a little “ tired”. And they need a new luggage trolley please.

Amazing staff - nothings a problem for them. They made our stay easy, and they all were really fabulous!
Pros:

Can’t rate the staff highly enough. Very friendly, went over and above normal service to accommodate us.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated - but didn’t worry us. It was also quite light, but if you stay on the marina side it wouldn’t be a problem

The location was awesome

Cons:

The room was very tired.. tv was broken, but they replaced it when I told them.. there was still someone else's hair in the shower when we got there. No linen change for the 6 nights we were there

I have to send a big thank you to Rose for all the help with our booking. We had a great stay here, great apartment and close to everything.
Perfect walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

The room was very dated, patches of paint, fluff all over the textured ceiling, and many signs of wear and tear. Appears to be due for a makeover.
