Great location. Great pool area. So so staff - not particularly friendly. Management missing in action.

Cons:

Could have easily been locked out on a Sat night as the reception phone was not diverted to a manned number. Quite frightening for 2 60+ ladies. No managerial response to our complaint.

Pros:

Walking distance to restaurants and bar.Beach near by. Bus shelter across the road. Underground parking.Staff friendly.The room was a reasonable size.Linen was clean

Cons:

Needed a little bit of maintenance. Wall had something on it .(wiped it off with a face wiper)Probably wouldn't stay at this resort again,or a room like that.

Pros:

Closest place to stay if you're going to Bass In The Grass. And the view to the bay is unbeatable!

Cons:

The resort could use a modern lock perhaps, still using old style key there. Also, the walls and overall layout isn't so noiseproof.

overall its a great complex and we have stayed there many times and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Pros:

Great Location, easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Bus stop opposite resort. Room was clean, comfortable bed, view from balcony was fantastic. Pool is great and was quiet during our stay.

Cons:

We had to wipe out the oven before use as there was burnt particles on the bottom. Not enough trays for oven. It would be handy to have a booklet on how to use the ovens, The frypan that was in cupboard had been dropped at some stage and was not safe to use. Would like to see some microwaveable containers to use in Microwave as we like to do our own cooking hence why we booked an apartment. The shampoo supplied looked and felt the same as the bodywash supplied?

Pleasant room with balcony overlooking the boat harbour and sea.
Pros:

The view over the water and boats was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Parking was free. Close to Fin and Tonic a great place to eat and watch the sunset.

Cons:

The cockroach in the bathroom! No big deal but it was a big one… Everything else ok.

Fantastic , second time here and will definitely stay again . Great amenities, staff and location.
Pros:

We didn’t have a breakfast at Cullen Bay Resorts.
The Marina view rooms are excellent, this was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first , 8 years ago.
Alison on reception was amazing and helpful, such a lovely personality .

Cons:

There isn’t anything I could want better, except maybe a replacement fly screen door on room 709, but that is a minor item and not a negative at all.

Great location. Very quiet. facilities are comfortable and clean. Loved the secure parking.
Pros:

Room had everything we wanted. It was comfortable. Crockery and cutlery was provided as well as a fridge and microwave.
Room service was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our TV aerial had been pulled out and we suffered for 3 days without Free to air news. Maybe a check of the finer details to ensure all facilities are working. This is not a complaint but a suggestion.

They should let people know about construction work next door.
Pros:

The room we finally got was beautiful, great views, ruined by construction noice next door.

Cons:

Moved to first room, and it was terrible.
Moved to another room for the night, then finally moved to a nice room the next afternoon. Amazing views, sadly could not relax on balcony because off the noice from next door. Construction, jack hammers all week.
Definitely should be disclosed to quests on booking.
Very loud and not relaxing 😑.
