Pros:

Clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Wasn't advised of the route to the room which didn't involve lifting our luggage down some outside steps. I only found it the next day when we checked out.

This is convenient, comfortable and being so close to the sovereign hill attraction is fantastic.
Pros:

Spacious and the location is amazing, love being so close to the Sovereign Hill Outdoor Museum.

Next door to Sovereign hill. So convenient if you are visiting Sovereign hill and AURA night show.

Pros:

Just next to Sovereign Hill. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Definitely recommended and will surely go again.

Backpacker / School Camp vibes. Incredibly disappointed for the price. Would not recommend.
Pros:

- Literally the only positive is the direct access to Sovereign Hill and having somewhere to go back to during the day if you have small kids or a baby that needs a break. In saying that though, there are so many other motels within a 5min drive.

Cons:

- Double bed was lumpy and dimped significantly on one side. The mattess was absolutely not fit for use.
- The bunk beds were so squeaky and the kids could hardly breath without a loud squeaking noise.
- The acoustics were truly terrible with absolutely no sound proofing between the rooms. The constant banging of doors from other rooms was so loud and disruptive.
- The TV didn't work properly and kept glitching/cutting out.
This may have been tolerable for backpacker prices but at over $275 per night in Ballarat, this was completely unacceptable.
Do not book this hotel if you actually want to be able to get a nights sleep.
Potentially suitable for those having a big night out in Ballarat and not really sleeping.
There are so many motels in Ballarat (which we have happily stayed at before), I would never stay here or recommend to others.

Staff were very welcoming. Beds were comfortable

Cons:

There was a lot of black mould in the shower and generally the room set off our allergies, so I think it was very dusty.

Never stay here again
Pros:

Close sovereign Hill park and that we could get a room at the last minute.

Cons:

That we could not park in front of our room. As we have mobility issues and walking to our room with luggage.

No breakfast or dinner for guest only school kids 😡
