I liked the service and their quick responses to our requests

Cons:

Coffee and milk were free, that was very good.

I think the price of the breakfast was high.

The other thing I didn't like was the amount of trash outside the hotel. I think this is a big issue in all Manhattan, hovewer it must be improved somehow.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko do metra i różnych nowojorskich atrakcji. Widok z okna przepiękny :) Pokoje wygodne, ze wszystkim co trzeba, bardzo czyste. Przyleciałayśmy w bardzo niefortunnym okresie, zaraz po śnieżycach, które sparaliżowały miasto, obsługa hotelu bardzo nam pomogła. Dziękujemy! Wszyscy sympatyczni, uśmiechnięci.
