I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When checking my bill, I discovered that I had been charged 10% more than the agreed amount — an additional $200.

I contacted the hotel to clarify the issue and was asked to wait while they investigated. However, I never received any follow-up or a refund.

Charging more than the agreed price and then failing to resolve the issue or communicate with the guest is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I would advise others to think twice before booking.
