The door doesn’t seem to close with a slight pull. The faucet is kind of rough. These needs minor fixes.

Despite the convenient location, the ongoing demonstrations made my stay extremely unpleasant.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and the city centre, within walking distance of Times Square and many major attractions.

Cons:

Due to the ongoing demonstrations and the hotel management’s complete lack of action, my stay was terrible. The constant noise, harassment and insults from protesting employees, and several sleepless nights made the entire experience extremely stressful and unpleasant. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to Times Square, Bryant Park, and the bus terminal. I think the breakfast is sufficient. It was nice to be able to order a hot omelet from the kitchen. We also liked the variety of coffee and tea available.

The hotel was close to Times Square, Bryant Park, and the bus terminal, but it was situated on a street in Manhattan that wasn't exactly the best. It is located in one of Manhattan's busiest areas. This depends on your expectations, of course, but during our previous visits to Manhattan, we had stayed closer to Central Park and realized that staying in that area was a better idea. If there are more than two of you, the rooms will feel inadequate because they are small. There were four of us—myself, my wife, my 6-year-old son, and my 15-year-old daughter—and between the suitcases, our shopping, and everything else, we didn't know where to put things. The elevator service was inadequate; we generally had to wait, and we faced particularly long waits when going down from the floor where our apartment was located. The hotel has a small lobby compared to the number of beds because it rises vertically.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The noise from protesters. No microwaves. Wish it was a better location. Staff were nice, but didn't give full details of amenities and prices.

Cama super confortável e quarto com bom espaço

Cons:

A falta de padrão na limpeza. Esqueceram de repor shampoo, sabonete liquido e agua. Fiquei em uma semana onde estava acontecendo manifestação de funcionários na frente do hotel. Me deparei com três camareiras que não tinham limpado o meu quarto (às 18h!!!!) brincando com carrinho de malas no corredor do meu quarto. Olha, estava tudo muito estranho nesse hotel. Não recomendo ficar até eles se organizarem com tais problemas.

El servicio de Nicole...super agradable...Se disculpo mucho por los ruidos externos...nos ayudó con una habitación en el piso 29. La estadía super agradable y el desayuno super rico.

Cons:

El problema de los ruidos por las protestas afuera...sobre todo que tienen a una señora que cada vez que entra un huésped nuevo al hotel insiste porque uno no debe quedarse y te muestra opciones de alojamiento mas económicas para uno irse y no registrarse.
