Great winter stay
Pros:

The location was great, in between surfers and broadbeach and a short stroll along the beach to patrolled areas - but far enough away from main drag to be quiet. The apartment was very spacious with great views, and beds were comfy. Kids also enjoyed the option of the indoor pool, and playing tennis.

Cons:

Just minor quibbles - we stayed for a while and our linen was changed mid stay, but would have been helpful if hand soap etc was also replenished. There are also no screen doors/windows, meaning when we left windows open (necessary for fresh air), we had some bugs come in.

Excellent views and location , facilities great, rooms spacious and well appointed with kitchen utentsils
Pros:

Spacious apartment , well appointed , rooms large , great view

Cons:

Bathrooms were dated and old - need Renovation. More storage is needed In rooms for longer stays , additional bin bags and dishwashing powder and tablets would be great

Clean comfortable and a great location. We’ll be back.
Pros:

Great location, you literally come out the back of the property and you’re on the beach! The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The washer and dryer looked new and worked well, the shower had great water pressure.

Cons:

It was on the 7th floor so wasn’t high up enough to have an amazing view.

There were a lot of old stuff left behind not cleared. Eg expired liquid hand wash even a tree branch was kept in the wardrobe

It was good but Average
Pros:

It was spacious that is about it

Cons:

Wasn’t very well presented kitchen cupboards was falling off there was no coffee and sugar supplied had to ask for it was very well cleaned was paint coming off roof in bathroom in ensuite and hole above the shower which was covered up not very well looked after

Relaxing and great facilities
Pros:

Convenient to both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. The facilities were great loved the sauna, steam, indoor pool and spa as well as the outdoor pool and surrounding facilities. Being able to walk out to the beach was wonderful.

Cons:

It is an exceptional resort. No complaints.
