It is an accommodation that caters for different audiences: from backpackers to king size bedrooms
Pros:

Location and staff friendliness

Cons:

Not many power points to charge phones, etc. There is a large gap at the bottom of the bedroom door that the insect and reptile wildlife can come through unintentionally. No internet in rooms

Shame we were not aware of the pool bar been out of action. The parking to the property is not great either and you need to walk a bit of distance to your rooms with your luggage. There was also mold in the washing machine so I was unable to use it.

位置还不错，房间内还是挺好的，厨房是共用的，做饭的话需要过去，锅也是提供的，就是外面生态比较好，虫子也会多一些，不过西澳都差不多，住这里也是为了潜水，所以整体可以推荐

Great location and close to town. Just needs some minor maintenance and should have been cleaner.

Cons:

Beds were incredibly hard. They need some sore of a topper. We had to sleep on our sleeping bags.

The shower had no shower screen, so water went all over the floor each time. We had to use our towels and beach towels. They got saturated every time, so I had to wash each day to have clean towels.

The floor was dirty and had to mop it 3 times to make it feel some sort of clean. Our feet were black after an hr thats when we realised.

Does need some general maintenance.

Lovely stay would go back
Pros:

Central to everything with a great adjoining pub and a nice pool. We stayed in the budget room and it was clean and comfortable. Loved the blockout blinds.

Cons:

A little pricey for the room size.

Exmouth mit seinen wunderschönen Stränden und Meeresbewohnern ist einfach einmalig
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel um in den Naturschutzpark zu fahren. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Es ist kein WLAN auf den Zimmern verfügbar

To be fair, I suspect the hotel is still recovering from the effects of storm Norell, but it had a general appearance of being ‘tired’ and in need of a serious update. Landscaping is messy and communal areas scruffy.
