Hostess of the mostest- not so much

You got a reception person to check in and also do take $20 deposit on your key and give you no towel no instruction on the Internet no written information and that’s just about it. You have to figure everything out on your own. The kitchen time is limited you’re not able to store your food there Though I finally found out there was a refrigerator in the room that was not something i was told to me and (it was around the corner from my bed… i did not see it until checkout)I had to go to the bar to find out the Wi-Fi information. It was all very odd. I had to walk to reception and ask for a towel. Everyone was kind, but they really need to get their act together to receive guests. There’s a reason they call it reception.

Good hotel
Pros:

I booked a large room to be sure that the accommodation will be OK. Everything was OK. The hotel was still recovering from the heavy tropical storm, but this did not have any major impact on the quality of services.

Restaurant direkt auf dem Gelände und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Als Abholort für Touren ziemlich gut gelegen.

Cons:

Sehr dreckiges Zimmer, sowohl Boden als auch Badezimmer und Ausstattung wie Tassen (waren noch benutzt vom letzten Gast, Besteck vom letzten Gast lagen auch noch herum). Das einzig Saubere war das Bett. Schlechte Ausstattung, da es nur zwei Tassen mit einen kleinen Löffel gab und einen Wasserkocher. Wir haben zwar nur drei Monate im Vorraus gebucht und Exmouth ist ziemlich klein und abgeschottet aber für all die negativen aufgezählten Punkte trotzdem ziemlich teuer.

Loved our stay, nice pool and bar and restaurant
Pros:

Cute little bungalows from outside but inside decor a bit dated. Restaurant very good and the bar by pool area where the staff were very nice

Cons:

Decor was quite dated. No daily housekeeping. Shower curtain has seen better days. Main pool area could get very busy at times. Bar closed too early

Friendly staff but the room could have been cleaner

Location and pub were great, staff were very friendly

Cons:

The floor was dirty, as if it hadn’t been mopped properly, and the shower was riddled with mould all over it.
