Adequate stay
Pros:

The location was good and the Bistro served nice meals

Cons:

WiFi was not available in the rooms, which nowadays is taken for granted. The shower hadn't been cleaned. The communal kitchen was disappointing in that it, those who had used it before, hadn't left it clean and tidy. There were no clean tea towels.

Pros:

Staff at check in were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Car park was unlit due to two floodlights not working, making vehicle security, and after dark access a worry.
An open top plastic container at the front door hardly makes for a secure key return box. Very susceptible to mis-use.

the room was spacious for 3 people, the bathroom was updated and nice.
The bed was a little uncomfortable for me.
The main room itself could use a little updating.

Ok but to avoid in the future. Not suitable for young children due to the poor hygiene standards
Pros:

Tv with plenty of channels
Kettle and bread toaster

Cons:

Room very dirty
Had to buy a hospital grade disinfectant (Dettol ) and clean furnitures tops, tables, cutlery, cups , door handles
Floor was blacked when passed with a wet paper.
White tiles on bathroom walls had visible stains of urines and blood drops.
Top of air conditioning unit was very dirty, filter inside quite dusty.
Staff at check out didn't care about the stay nor asked how it was.
This hotel is barely a 1 star and I doubt it would pass a spot healthy and safety inspection.
Baby cot was very dirty, not mattress and bottom had plastic strut sticking out so we had to use some dirty blankets from the hotel wardrobe
